I hate it when companies give you an easy entry to their product and then try to scam you with dubious plans and contracts and you could not even contact them!!!! Keep away from this App!!

Should be 0 stars Should be 0 stars. I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago, account shows as free when we login but today I noticed they have been taking money from my account over £240. I remember speaking to someone when I first cancelled and never checked it until today......This is a pure scam!

To cancel you have to speak to a… To cancel you have to speak to a person! I was not able to just cancel my subscription or downgrade it without a support ticket to a person who did not understand, "I don't use it please cancel"! This is not an acceptable business practice in 2024 and one that I would only expect from a diet pill subscription. Avoid at all costs!

I have to say a huge thank you to the developers behind this website for making such a friendly interface and easy to navigate application. I have been able to easily create all UML diagrams I have needed for my university modules.

What does it take to get a response… What does it take to get a response back from the Lucid Support Team? Paying customer. The login for their IoS product is now broken so cannot log into it. Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?
