SKPleasant surprise. Given the previous reviews here and the supposed no-refund policy, I was expecting the worst when I got charged after failing to cancel my 'free' trial. But my experience ended up being great. I filled out the support ticket immediately and was granted a refund on the next work day. This of course doesn't diminish other people's experiences but if someone ends up in the same boat as I did, there is no need to despair right away.

DEScam! Charging 100 EUR without confirmation The subscription model of this site is almost a scam. It's almost impossible to find the cancel subscription button, and when you accidentally click "One Click Subscription" you will be immediately charged the full yearly amount of a subscription. No confirmation, no question whether you want a yearly or monthly subscription, nothing. On top of that, there's no obvious way to ask for a refund. Just sent a ticket to the billing department, if that won't work then I'll escalate this to PayPal What a joke...

AUCorporate thieves! Like everyone else said. Charged me for 5 months. Disgusting company to deal with. Customer support sent auto responses each time. Said there was no complaints escalation. Absolute rogues. Avoid at all costs.

GBWhat does it take to get a response… What does it take to get a response back from the Lucid Support Team? Paying customer. The login for their IoS product is now broken so cannot log into it. Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?
