ZACertificate validation is a disaster! Certificate validation is a disaster! They found some 10 year old (non existing) telephone number of our company in some public company listing and they keep phoning that number for the validation call, even tough we gave them the correct (current) number when signing up with them (Duh!) Which is also on our websites contact us form (Duh!) and on Google my Business (Duh!).etc. Stay far away from this company. Waste of time, energy and money.

CAHorrible experience. Horrible experience.. They activated OTP without our approuval.. They kept me on the phone for almost an our to be able to delete the OTP information they added and add our own. During that one hour, I installed Let's Encrypt on the server in question and got it working for free.. They are losing a customer.

GBCEO words CEO words: "SECURITY IS EASY WHEN YOU PUT PEOPLE FIRST We focus on the person behind every secure transaction. Initially, DigiCert was founded out of frustration. Digital security shouldn’t be difficult. It should relieve worry, not cause it. And yet something as simple as buying a certificate was so often a painful, time-consuming and frustrating slog through technical jargon and phone-trees. We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it. And then we kept building, always keeping our focus on how our work could help real people solve real problems." CertiSign, their Brazilian branch, is doing precisely the opposite.

NOI will be back for renewal I ordered a code signing certificate after lunch. A very polite lady called me less than an hour later to verify my company information. It took merely four hours to get my certificate, and I see they have validated it thouroughly. Also, I could generate and download using Chrome, I didn't have to resort to IE or IE compatibility mode in Edge. Compared to my previous vendor, who failed to validate for three weeks and use all the obsolete technology, this was totally worth the cost.

GBDigicert has gone downhill after getting bought out! jprog was a multi year customer of Digicert. After the hurricane in New Orleans I was having trouble accessing one of our servers and tried to get a re-issue of our cert. The website could not do it and told me to call a number that went to a call center with English issues, which could only forward me to which was what was likely the remnants of their former stellar support team which did not pick up or call me back.
