DEOV Validation is a mess, no one cares about the customer I have ordered an S/Mime certificate from DigiCert. In order to be able to carry out the validation, a CertCentral account was set up. I have not heard anything more from this company. They are neither interested in the customer nor in his order. After 8 days I cancelled the whole thing, no validation team ever got in touch with me to even carry out the order. Automated orders work. But as soon as someone has to do something, everything falls apart. Never again.

GBUniversity IT Admin Loves DigiCert I was an admin for a Utah university's office of IT that used DigiCert for our digital certificates. Anytime we had an outage related to our certs they were there to help and quickly resolved the issue.

GBCustomer beware! Stay far away from Digicert Stay far away from this company. Chats go around in circles and email replies are copy/paste without them even reading the email. Cert company verifications supposedly are only done by telephone now, even though their documentation gives you multiple ways to verify your company they will put you in an endless generic email loop that will never end. Very sad the way they treat long term companies.

PKIts been two months now and they are⦠Its been two months now and they are neither issuing the certificate nor refunding the money. Anyone who even think of buying something from them should consider the 1 star reviews of them (I was stupid to not do a basic search on trustpilot). A few hundred dollars lost to them, i wish you guys bu** in h*** scammers

IESo upset! Have been a customer for more than 5 years. Ordered and paid for my cert on Friday 1st July with 6 days before expiry. Sent mails to chase the order. Nothing. 3 hours before expiry they tried to phone a landline that we had discontinued during Covid. Everything else confirmed. Wanted a letter from my Auditors @ 10pm. One Google search for another option, SSL Cert Paid for, validated and installed before expiry for $19.00 compared to their $400.00. Horrible experience!
