So upset! Have been a customer for more than 5 years. Ordered and paid for my cert on Friday 1st July with 6 days before expiry. Sent mails to chase the order. Nothing. 3 hours before expiry they tried to phone a landline that we had discontinued during Covid. Everything else confirmed. Wanted a letter from my Auditors @ 10pm. One Google search for another option, SSL Cert Paid for, validated and installed before expiry for $19.00 compared to their $400.00. Horrible experience!

It took merely four hours to get my certificate, and I see they have validated it thouroughly. Also, I could generate and download using Chrome, I didn't have to resort to IE or IE compatibility mode in Edge. Compared to my previous vendor, who failed to validate for three weeks and use all the obsolete technology, this was totally worth the cost.

I ended up canceling after days of wasted chat conversations and phone calls. Their call center is in Australia apparently. Each agent has a new and different reason for why you can't be validated. Everything said on this site is true.
