It's not hard to set up a google listing or to make sure your gov registration is up to date. Digicert has by far the best support that I've had to deal with out of the big CA's and they've worked with me through some pretty ridiculous situations.

Incompetent and unprofessional. The website and product ordering is confusing. The sales team has no idea what they're talking about. The validation team has no idea what they're talking about. The supervisors are unreliable and always "in a meeting". They will put you on hold for least 20min. every call, or disconnect you! The shipping team is incompetent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS.
