GBDigicert has gone downhill after getting bought out! jprog was a multi year customer of Digicert. After the hurricane in New Orleans I was having trouble accessing one of our servers and tried to get a re-issue of our cert. The website could not do it and told me to call a number that went to a call center with English issues, which could only forward me to which was what was likely the remnants of their former stellar support team which did not pick up or call me back.

GBTried getting a code signing cert from… Tried getting a code signing cert from these people. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I ended up canceling after days of wasted chat conversations and phone calls. Their call center is in Australia apparently. Each agent has a new and different reason for why you can't be validated. Everything said on this site is true.

IESo upset! Have been a customer for more than 5 years. Ordered and paid for my cert on Friday 1st July with 6 days before expiry. Sent mails to chase the order. Nothing. 3 hours before expiry they tried to phone a landline that we had discontinued during Covid. Everything else confirmed. Wanted a letter from my Auditors @ 10pm. One Google search for another option, SSL Cert Paid for, validated and installed before expiry for $19.00 compared to their $400.00. Horrible experience!

GBHORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This disgusting excuse of a company tried to threaten legal action since we didn't authorize SSL with them. Disgusting customer service didn't bother to investigate or hear our story. DO NOT give money to these people, they don't deserve a single penny

NOI will be back for renewal I ordered a code signing certificate after lunch. A very polite lady called me less than an hour later to verify my company information. It took merely four hours to get my certificate, and I see they have validated it thouroughly. Also, I could generate and download using Chrome, I didn't have to resort to IE or IE compatibility mode in Edge. Compared to my previous vendor, who failed to validate for three weeks and use all the obsolete technology, this was totally worth the cost.
