University IT Admin Loves DigiCert I was an admin for a Utah university's office of IT that used DigiCert for our digital certificates. Anytime we had an outage related to our certs they were there to help and quickly resolved the issue.

Absolute time wasters Absolute time wasters! Totally unaware of local laws! Denied my UK business an SSL certificate just because we are not registered at companies house. Ordinary partnerships do not need to be registered at companies house. But they didn’t listen to any of my emails trying to explain this. They basically say: you can not get an SSL certificate unless you are LTD company! Terrible experience. Stay clear! Now I need to fight to get a refund! Terrible experience.

They tried to upsell to something our… They tried to upsell to something our client didn't need, and then we went through a bunch of emails that were completely unnecessary rather than just letting us make the purchase. We'll be going elsewhere - they're a waste of time.

So upset! Have been a customer for more than 5 years. Ordered and paid for my cert on Friday 1st July with 6 days before expiry. Sent mails to chase the order. Nothing. 3 hours before expiry they tried to phone a landline that we had discontinued during Covid. Everything else confirmed. Wanted a letter from my Auditors @ 10pm. One Google search for another option, SSL Cert Paid for, validated and installed before expiry for $19.00 compared to their $400.00. Horrible experience!

Tried getting a code signing cert from… Tried getting a code signing cert from these people. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I ended up canceling after days of wasted chat conversations and phone calls. Their call center is in Australia apparently. Each agent has a new and different reason for why you can't be validated. Everything said on this site is true.
