They tried to upsell to something our… They tried to upsell to something our client didn't need, and then we went through a bunch of emails that were completely unnecessary rather than just letting us make the purchase. We'll be going elsewhere - they're a waste of time.

Absolute time wasters Absolute time wasters! Totally unaware of local laws! Denied my UK business an SSL certificate just because we are not registered at companies house. Ordinary partnerships do not need to be registered at companies house. But they didn’t listen to any of my emails trying to explain this. They basically say: you can not get an SSL certificate unless you are LTD company! Terrible experience. Stay clear! Now I need to fight to get a refund! Terrible experience.

Anyone who even think of buying something from them should consider the 1 star reviews of them (I was stupid to not do a basic search on trustpilot). Tried getting a code signing cert from… Tried getting a code signing cert from these people. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I ended up canceling after days of wasted chat conversations and phone calls. Their call center is in Australia apparently. Each agent has a new and different reason for why you can't be validated. Everything said on this site is true.
