GBIf you want attendance of meetings don't use zoom Yet another battle trying to join a Zoom meeting. As usual I bounce between Open and Launch meeting (with fingers crossed) until something finally happens, then it wants to update itself very slowly. Only 15 minutes late for that meeting as a result. The next one I can't get into at all as its one where Zoom is meant to link to Eventbrite - only as usual it doesn't. I am now at the stage of boycotting Zoom. I look forward to it being replaced by something that works. Currently Teams is far better.

ITIncompetent developers This application is beyond terrible. As soon as you try minimizing the window it will cause a memory leak, crashing your whole computer. Keep in mind this issue hasn't been fixed for more than a year. I doubt the developers even remotely care. Never again!

PKWorst customer support!!!! Worst customer support I have ever received. It took them 6 hours and about 3 hours, wasted, on the phone to change the ticket status to Urgent and even after that I didn't get any communication from them. Zoom as a whole is going bad day by day: money-making machine and no customer service/support for paying customers no less. US support team is better though, just saying.

AUFraudulent Charge - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE I received an email asking if I will be renewing my Zoom subscription. I replied to their correspondence, that I wouldn't be as we have Microsoft Teams. This company billed me 6 months later. It is impossible to get to anyone in the company, their chat is an AI, so if you live outside the USA the time zone difference prevents you from getting to a support person. I've now had to put in a bank dispute against the charge to get my money back. If you subscribe make sure you cancel your plan, they make it difficult to get out of the plan. They fool us into thinking that when we reply to their communication saying we won't renew. They go ahead and still bill the card on file without our permission. What should happen, is that we are notified 60 days before a contract is about to be renewed so we can cancel without any further charges. This is a dishonest and unethical way for any company to operate when selling subscriptions.
