GBNeed HUMAN customer service? Forget it!! There is NO human customer service! They think that AI is where it's at and they're dead wrong. I have tried for several hours to get through to a human and there is no way. My problem is that I can't log in because over a year ago I changed email clients. When that happens there is NO way to get a verification code through the old email. I need to talk with a HUMAN in order to have my account changed to my new email address. All their robot keeps saying is login and change it. Duhhhh! Meanwhile the verification codes keep piling up in an unaccessable mail box. Ahhh, why not contact their "Community" for help. Gotta log in for that as well. I'm sure within Zoom management there's some ignorant senior manager who is patting himself on the back for eliminating all human support - and got a healthy bonus for it.

AUFraudulent Charge - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE I received an email asking if I will be renewing my Zoom subscription. I replied to their correspondence, that I wouldn't be as we have Microsoft Teams. This company billed me 6 months later. It is impossible to get to anyone in the company, their chat is an AI, so if you live outside the USA the time zone difference prevents you from getting to a support person. I've now had to put in a bank dispute against the charge to get my money back. If you subscribe make sure you cancel your plan, they make it difficult to get out of the plan. They fool us into thinking that when we reply to their communication saying we won't renew. They go ahead and still bill the card on file without our permission. What should happen, is that we are notified 60 days before a contract is about to be renewed so we can cancel without any further charges. This is a dishonest and unethical way for any company to operate when selling subscriptions.

GBDo better Zoom! After spending a week trying to talk to a sales rep, via phone and chat, I've moved on. Do better Zoom. You just lost another customer. Please consider moving your sales and support team back to the US and improving your communication systems. Ironically, in trying to set up phone service with your company, your service doesn't work well enough for your sales team to even have a conversation with customers. I guess that should have been a warning the second time around. Fourth time is a charm, though. Sames goes for your "chat" feature. I was so looking forward to using Zoom for both our phone and video conferencing, meetings, and webinars.

GBWould give it a 5, but bad service agents The product is great most of the time, but when it's bad or has issues, their customer service department is horrendous or non-existent, especially if you are a free user or an invitee. I was not a paid user, so I don't know if they priortize paid customers vs. free ones or not, but I am sure they do.
