Worst customer support!!!! Worst customer support I have ever received. It took them 6 hours and about 3 hours, wasted, on the phone to change the ticket status to Urgent and even after that I didn't get any communication from them. Zoom as a whole is going bad day by day: money-making machine and no customer service/support for paying customers no less. US support team is better though, just saying.

Good luck trying to talk to a real person Good luck trying to talk to a real person. I have been trying to reach someone for months. I have been billed monthly and the bot tells me to log in and cancel account. I don’t have an account as I cancelled it a few days after signing up July 11 2023. None of my emails are valid. I am going to have to have CC cancelled again and dispute it as fraud. Very frustrating to say the least! It is just a bad as trying to reach a live person at UBER.

Do better Zoom! After spending a week trying to talk to a sales rep, via phone and chat, I've moved on. Do better Zoom. You just lost another customer. Please consider moving your sales and support team back to the US and improving your communication systems. Ironically, in trying to set up phone service with your company, your service doesn't work well enough for your sales team to even have a conversation with customers. I guess that should have been a warning the second time around. Fourth time is a charm, though. Sames goes for your "chat" feature. I was so looking forward to using Zoom for both our phone and video conferencing, meetings, and webinars.

They are horrible company They are horrible company. I cancelled my account when I realised that it is due. I was not aware of the renewal date so I cancelled it when I came to know about it. However, they kept sending me emails about the payment overdue. I then contacted support team and now they are forcing me to pay from the renewal date to now. How can you do that? This is highly irresponsible of them
