Scam Multihoster. This is scam mutlihoster. Every popular Hoster is always: down/error/broken link Hoster was not down, link was not broken, no reaction on the support ticket. 2 Months and i could maybe download 3 files... Update 01.03.2023. Deepbrid currently tries to delete bad reviews and demanding proof of membership of their service.

Do not purchase Deepbrid was always among the top rated premium generators so I thought I would give it at try. Regrettably I purchased a 365 day subscription based on its previous reputation without checking current reviews. None of the main hosters (eg. k2s, nitroflare, rapidgator etc.) that I was planning to use actually work despite being listed as functional in the server status.Their terms stated I was eligible for a full refund, but they haven't replied to any of my tickets. Stay away as people like myself have basically been scammed out of $60+ with no recourse. Other alternatives like Dasan are not perfect but are far more reliable.

Scam Website - Don't buy from them. I followed up for a month with support and other ways to see if they would reconsider refunding but they did not. So I am 100% sure this is a scam. Unreliable website with unreliable support. Most of the sites don't work. Even the sites they claim "everyone" is having problem is available for free for most of their competitors. They don't respond to tickets or emails to support even after weeks and weeks of follow-up.

horrible customer service I love deepbrid but they have horrible customer service. Even their live chat was online last time a month ago. Jdownloader 2 service not working. Missin account error in every computer. I wrote them many times live chat, Facebook or e-mail. No response! Fidelity points system is good but they have to work on customer service. This is why I gave 1 star.
