Service not provided, customer service not replying Specific host needed is listed as online but doesn't work. Request through ticketing system only. They claim they'll answer in 24 hours but it has been three days. It seems I'll have to file a request for a chargeback. I obviously do not recommend this service.

I think this website started out with good intentions, but file hosting websites are aware of sites like deepbrid.com and are constantly updating, as a result deepbrid is often left null and void, and they just leave the site up and running and generate easy money, as it has good rankings in google! I subscriped unfortunately but there is NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, at the end they will charge you again, I had to cut it off by contacting my bank. My bank asked me to contact their customer service, 1 month and no reply! BUYER BEWARE, You have been warned

Do not give them your money! Where to begin... After two days membership, ALL filehosters I've tried (uploadgig, keep2share, nitroflare, etc) are 'not supported' or 'under maintenance' despite their status as available and 'online'. My tickets raised (an initial query/complaint and subsequent request for refund) have gone unanswered. In short, Deepbrid is a scam and I suspect any positive reviews here are fake.

This is me Ahsan Qamar, I recently reviewd deepbrid service on this website, based on the experience that after my purchase, I tried to use their service but none of the host work, not even torrent. Then I created ticket which they didn't respond to, then I contacted via email and fb they just blocked me on fb without any reply. After one day of my 13 euro purchase they suspended my account because I created other ticket regarding my issue. If you ever see this, don't buy their service or you end up in this site right above me.
