AUDo not give them your money! Where to begin... After two days membership, ALL filehosters I've tried (uploadgig, keep2share, nitroflare, etc) are 'not supported' or 'under maintenance' despite their status as available and 'online'. My tickets raised (an initial query/complaint and subsequent request for refund) have gone unanswered. In short, Deepbrid is a scam and I suspect any positive reviews here are fake.

DEKann man nur von abraten Kann man nur von abraten. Wenn überhaupt was funktioniert dann sind es es die Filehoster ddownload und katfile, aber auch bei denen bekommt man meistens nur "Filehoster under maintenance on our site" oder "Filehoster not supported".

GBA Thorough Dissapointment I bought this to fill the gap with with real-debrid account so I rarely need it. But when I do the downloads are much slower than RD. More importantly, I wanted to use 3 specific host: file.al, k2s, and takefile and despite them being listed as supported host and not being labeled as "down", every time I add a link I get a message saying the host it not supported. I really don't appreciate the false advertisement.

NLPlease save your money Please save your money. Luckily I just paid for one month. There was not 1 single time I could use it. I paid for nothing. I requested help, but it's been 11 days ago, nothing, no response, nothing. Avoid deepbrid! Edit: I received an email from Trustpilot that Deepbrid marked my review as fake. Instead of reaching out to me or help me as I issued a ticket for help, Deepbrid is trying to take my review down. I've send an invoice to Trustpilot to verify this review. Again, stay away from Deepbrid!

TRhorrible customer service I love deepbrid but they have horrible customer service. Even their live chat was online last time a month ago. Jdownloader 2 service not working. Missin account error in every computer. I wrote them many times live chat, Facebook or e-mail. No response! Fidelity points system is good but they have to work on customer service. This is why I gave 1 star.
