DEAbsolute SCAM Absolute C R A P ! They don't even have a cancel subscription button and want you to talk to some m0ron to ask you "why you want to cancel." Stay away from them ! there are thousands of great providers, and these guys are not !

USThis by far the worst add-on… This by far is the worst add-on I've had with Wordpress. I was using Google which worked perfectly well, But was slow and had limitations. As this was one of the recommended sites I decided to use it The biggest mistake I ever made. From Day One I had problems with errors after over 12 contacts and hours on the phone finally got the system to work. in the middle of our first mailing to our members, Without notice ,STMP.com, Stopped mailing to our members . After two days on the phone and numerous emails, Apparently somewhere along the line they said I was sending spam out. This was our member list. And some members were upset that they did not get the correspondence. Their support is terrible, Each email or phone call you're starting over completely like they take no notes. I would not recommend them to anyone. We switched back over to Justhost as primary and google as secondary, and have had no problem since, Justhost was extremely helpful and everything works well

USTheft! So for whatever reason, mand I've never run into this with a service driven company. They required 30 days notice for you to cancel. So if one day you realize you don't need the service anymore and cancel you would expect maybe not to get a prorated refund for that month but you would NOT expect to get charged for an additoinal 30 days for the next month, for what? Basically they are stealing an extra month from you. I cancelled on October 2nd so not only did I not get a prorated refund for October (fine) but they wanted to charge me for the entire month of November. Again for what? So I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't charge me. Beware. YOu will always have to pay an extra 30 days no matter when you cancel. 100% theft and very underhanded practice.

NLSMTP never worked & Refuses to cancel We never got SMTP to work despite following their setup guide. Customer Service could not help quickly either but did keep sending automated reminders asking if they could help. And you cannot cancel via the site: we're trying to cancel by mail but they still have not confirmed cancellation despite 3 very clear requests to do so.
