USTerrible Experience and a Waste of my Time Email delivery rates are poor. They blame the customer for their own service problems. They email cleaning system does not work well. Their web interface is weak and lack features. Setup was easy. Ultimately, SMTP was a gigantic waste of my time. I asked for a refund. They said they don't care that I had terrible experience with their software. I suggest you look elsewhere if you care about good customer service or email delivery rates (and you should.)

AEIf you need no help and nothing will ever go wrong then use SMTP They’re great kind of until you try and cancel. Then you get bombarded with so called help but it’s really only to conserve the subscription. Don’t cancel one day late even if you are having known issues they will take another months subscription. They kill any remote chance you will return to them. Personally I don’t think they care much about their reputation or what anyone thinks of them.

INSMTPGET is one of the best team ,im… SMTPGET is one of the best team ,im working with them . they have best way to send mass emails without getting blocked. I really appreciate the hard work of SMTP get team . they give 100% and dedication in services . customer support is available 24/7. As a client since 2020 Im able to test their software with ease of navigation. Throughout my journey in testing phase, the customer service was very helpful. When we finally deal with the end customer , we had ZERO PROBLEMS. You can build your own smtp email server and send unlimited emails. I am so happy to say this that i have chosen SMTPGET and I hope they deserve this appreciation.

USPoor communication, refusal to refund after their mistake setting up Company did not make aware that Outlook 365 did not work with their services. They let me set up account with Office 365 and told me the test emails went through on Outlook correctly. Then when I finally realized it was not working at all correctly later on and reached out to support, they took days to respond and I had to call them to get actual support. Finally after finding out that I couldn't utilize their service they were going to make me wait 6 more weeks to cancel, citing a 30 day cancellation policy, and refused to refund me. Poor service, I do not recommend them.
