SMTP never worked & Refuses to cancel We never got SMTP to work despite following their setup guide. Customer Service could not help quickly either but did keep sending automated reminders asking if they could help. And you cannot cancel via the site: we're trying to cancel by mail but they still have not confirmed cancellation despite 3 very clear requests to do so.

Perfectsent SMTP services is the worst… Perfectsent SMTP services is the worst possible provider I have ever experienced Been using over 10 different companies for servers on a massive level and this company absolutely has ZERO customer care and all they care about is their next month billing Did not use their sending platform after several campiagns and they never bothered to even ask me why that is . they seem to have too many afternoon siesta's in Spain perhaps Not recommened at all as they promise the world and have the worst service for hard working money

worst company ever worst company ever, the service didn't even work, even their emails didn't arrived to me :))))) i'm trying to get my money back but they take a lotttt to respond. and i cant even get my company card out of their website, you can't cancel your subscription so they just take your money from your account this should be illegal, scam company for sure

Terrible Experience and a Waste of my Time Email delivery rates are poor. They blame the customer for their own service problems. They email cleaning system does not work well. Their web interface is weak and lack features. Setup was easy. Ultimately, SMTP was a gigantic waste of my time. I asked for a refund. They said they don't care that I had terrible experience with their software. I suggest you look elsewhere if you care about good customer service or email delivery rates (and you should.)

Shady practices They ask you to answer multiple questions (multiple times) before cancelling the service, something you've to do 30 days in advance (you read well, 30 days), which is illegal in EU. Shady practices get reviews like this.
