GBRude I brought my dog into this clinic for the second time, for shots and for his first nail trim. My dog is still a puppy so he still has high energy and is a PitBull, which most know they naturally have high energy. I was rudely told by one of the vets that if I can't control my dog during the nail trim they couldn't trim them there. This was based off his excitement when he saw other dogs and in the exam room he was perfectly calm. Knowing that they handle many different breeds with many different temperaments, I was very offended. I have taken him to a couple other clinics prior and never received this treatment. I was also told that I should be getting him another parvo shot, when he didn't need one, and I had told them that he has also been exposed to another dog that had parvo so I know he wont need it. The same vet that was rude before rolled her eyes at me. I am a young adult and I really don't appreciate the treatment I received from the staff. I am a paying customer, no matter the age, and no customer should be treated with such disrespect. I won't be continuing business with them.

GBA nice website but feel that it could be more user friendly.. I really like the idea of localvets.com and enjoy listening to the calls when appointments are being made. I would be happier if I received some sort of notification whenever an appointment had been made through the website without having to go and look for them. Maybe an email notification? Right now it is challenging to remember to check on these and I am only reminded about them when I receive notification that money has been debited from the account !

GBHelpful We started local vets to help see where calls get generated from and where we are pulling business from. Since working with local vet/ veterinarians.com we have enjoyed listening to our conversations and seeing where we can make improvements and how this type of service can help the clinic. They are working on a better software to help make sure we don't get billed for new clients that are previous clients and not getting credit for those calls and I have to put in multiply requests or call instead.

GBHorrible Company We recently had a potential client wanting to make an appointment with his snake. We do not accept snakes as our patients are dogs, cats and pocket pets. When asked where he found this information he sent us to localvets.com. When contacting the company they say there is nothing they can do as it is their sister company CityGrid's deal but when asking for a phone number they don't have it! Best part when told that wasn't very helpful for a POTENTIAL customer she hung up on me!! Who thinks that is customer service. Will NEVER use there services. Now on to search for CityGrid.
