GBHead dr missing the point Brought my dog in after 3 people recommended them, great dr great staff they should all get a raise. the main dr who is the owner and his bud dr. went on vacation leaving I dr to handle everything She did but it was no joke. If you open a business to protect life and death of animals and profess your dying love of them you need to have a least 2 dr on staff, unless you want to open a really small place. Anyway I think his father wouldn't be so proud of him. . I'll go back because of the great staff and this 1 Dr. but shame on him.

GBDO NOT USE Absolute disgrace had to use… DO NOT USE Absolute disgrace had to use out of hours as my normal vet was closed they miss diagnosed my dog while she was breast feeding her 7 pups said she had an infection in her boobs mostisis and could no longer Feed litter as she needed medication to strong for pups after charging me £715 I was then at my normal vets following morning who said she only needed help expressing her milk as she was producing more then pups needed was drinking but was NO infection OR ANY SIGN of infection she milked her one boob I was concerned about and it rapidly reduced to its normal size but now still left with she couldn’t feed her pups as she had injection she never needed. Bottle feeding then lead one of my pups becoming really unwell again I used out of hours as my local vets was closed to be told my pup was colic and treated with infacol £365 pup was still doing really bad hour after getting home so went to another vet who told me she had aspirational phenomena and needed putting to sleep as she was really poorly and to late to help her and the previous vet had damaged her throat while emptying her stomach as they believed she was colic and had stomach pains as she was continually crying and showing all signs of fading puppy syndrome out of hours are more interested in how much they can rack your bill to correctly diagnose your pet or show any care or remorse

GBGreat service so far We used LocalVets.com a few years ago and recently started using their services again. They offer a great product for little investment and their customer service has been outstanding. I have read other reviews that have said the one time, per client cost is high but I disagree. The idea is to gain a new client and keep them long term, not perform a single exam and let them go. Will that work every time? Probably not, but it will easily be made up in those that do become long term clients. I would definitely recommend them.

GBRude I brought my dog into this clinic for the second time, for shots and for his first nail trim. My dog is still a puppy so he still has high energy and is a PitBull, which most know they naturally have high energy. I was rudely told by one of the vets that if I can't control my dog during the nail trim they couldn't trim them there. This was based off his excitement when he saw other dogs and in the exam room he was perfectly calm. Knowing that they handle many different breeds with many different temperaments, I was very offended. I have taken him to a couple other clinics prior and never received this treatment. I was also told that I should be getting him another parvo shot, when he didn't need one, and I had told them that he has also been exposed to another dog that had parvo so I know he wont need it. The same vet that was rude before rolled her eyes at me. I am a young adult and I really don't appreciate the treatment I received from the staff. I am a paying customer, no matter the age, and no customer should be treated with such disrespect. I won't be continuing business with them.

GBGreat Service We love Local Vets! They have allowed us to gain more new clients through their reliable service. One of the biggest benefits I see out of this service, other than the new clients, is the ability to listen to the recorded calls for training. I use this feature all the time to work with my front office staff. I'd definitely recommend this service to any vet hospital!
