Head dr missing the point Brought my dog in after 3 people recommended them, great dr great staff they should all get a raise. the main dr who is the owner and his bud dr. went on vacation leaving I dr to handle everything She did but it was no joke. If you open a business to protect life and death of animals and profess your dying love of them you need to have a least 2 dr on staff, unless you want to open a really small place. Anyway I think his father wouldn't be so proud of him. . I'll go back because of the great staff and this 1 Dr. but shame on him.

Great service so far We used LocalVets.com a few years ago and recently started using their services again. They offer a great product for little investment and their customer service has been outstanding. I have read other reviews that have said the one time, per client cost is high but I disagree. The idea is to gain a new client and keep them long term, not perform a single exam and let them go. Will that work every time? Probably not, but it will easily be made up in those that do become long term clients. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible Company We recently had a potential client wanting to make an appointment with his snake. We do not accept snakes as our patients are dogs, cats and pocket pets. When asked where he found this information he sent us to localvets.com. When contacting the company they say there is nothing they can do as it is their sister company CityGrid's deal but when asking for a phone number they don't have it! Best part when told that wasn't very helpful for a POTENTIAL customer she hung up on me!! Who thinks that is customer service. Will NEVER use there services. Now on to search for CityGrid.

Do not use the one in oldbury ones Do not use the one in oldbury. They are crooks and very rude staff. Who don't like it when you start to question then and also threaten you with court action for leaving bad reviews. The owner I believe is keeping live puppies and saying they've either died during section or there wasn't that many pups when u knew there was. We was told that our girls pup had died. But I believe their was 2 pups not just 1. The lady on reception the manager was so rude to us when I questioned her. And my poor girl was left in an awful state that we had to being her back due to them leaving the after birth inside her. And we was met again by the awful rude manager who warned us we was lucky they was even gonna see my girl again. This was in front of a room full of people. Sadly we lost my girl due to complications they caused. These people should lose their veterinary licence and be closed down. They only look after their mates and also get their family and mates to put fake reviews on Google reviews. And anyone who writes a bad one the manager or the snotty manager then starts on you with the treats.

Extortion This company basically tries to buy up all the veterinarian search real estate on the web and sell it back to vets. By being the top listing on the page, someone already aware of your clinic and looking for your phone number ends up finding it on their service and you get charged $50. Most of the calls you get are for current customers and they charge you for the call when long time clients make appointments. If a current client gives a referral to a friend and they find your phone number on veterinarians.com, they charge you the $50 finders fee even though they are not responsible for the referral. You can get some of the charges reversed, but if you don't monitor it closely you will pay a lot of money for current customers calling their tracking number by accident. They are owned by a group that will monitor your presence on the web - so you pay the parent to compete with the subsidiary you are already paying - not a very ethical business model. They also advertise their tracking number on other sites and effectively compete with your free or paid listings on those sites.
