YES - the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client is easy to install on both Windows and OS X - instructions are clear. You can be securely connected in minutes. Is it quick? YES - I've never had any issues with speed. Is it reliable? YES - I've never had any issues with any downtime. If I have a problem can I get support? YES - I wanted to include my Android phone in my existing subscription and needed instructions - dropped their support an email and received an email straight back. RECOMMENDED.

Great product and Great Support Ive been very impressed by Bee Vpn in all my dealings with the company. I faced several technical issues (mostly to do with my poor system) and found the support team to be excellent. In particular, the responses I received were very quick and comprehensive. This was the case even when I contacted them on public holidays. Since resolving the problems the service of the product has been equally superb - very stable and easy to use. Great VPN service - and friendly support I've been a Beevpn customer for more than two years now - and I'm staying. I use the service to bypass the firewall limitations where i live, allowing me to use services like VOIP, Bittorrent etc. As a bonus, with the "See All TV" service, I can watch Hulu, BBC and the full catalogue on Netflix (as the local catalogue is quite limited). I contacted support about an "out of the ordinary" request (help to an Anyconnect logon-script) - I did not expect them to help me, as it is not really part of their service - but i got a prompt reply - on a Sunday. Now that is GREAT customer support.

Great product backed up by efficient service I've been using BeeVPN for a few months now and seems to work fine in every situation. Wanted recently to add the service to my Kindle Fire HD and could find nothing for the device in the guides so contacted service. They fairly swiftly resolved the situation and this now works fine.
