Self-censorship is my right Very happy with the service support and the quality of service offered. Registration and annual renewal of service procedures were easy and hassle free. The system works and the data rates are acceptable, that's all I ask for!

Great product backed up by efficient service I've been using BeeVPN for a few months now and seems to work fine in every situation. Wanted recently to add the service to my Kindle Fire HD and could find nothing for the device in the guides so contacted service. They fairly swiftly resolved the situation and this now works fine.

Great service, swift helpful support, easy to install. I have chosen BeeVPN partly because of the pricing and partly because they offer a solution where a router can be used as the VPN client so that whatever you connect to the router goes through the VPN. In my case, this is my Humax FreeSat+HD box, my Kindle Fire HD and occasionally my laptop which normally sits on the non-vpn part of my network. The FreeSat box needs to appear to be in the UK for the on-demand and other apps to work. My setup required an extra router to be on my network to act as the BeeVPN client and they recommend an Asus RT-N16 wireless-N router which you flash a flavour of DD-WRT (mega) to and add a startup script that makes the connection. Don't be alarmed by this, all the instructions are on their web site and are easy to follow. Of course you can make this the only router on your home network so everything goes through the VPN but that isn't what I wanted. I had one hitch with the startup script that was resolved very quickly via email and it was my fault not theirs. I cannot fault the connection or the customer service. Well done BeeVPN.

Great VPN service - and friendly support I've been a Beevpn customer for more than two years now - and I'm staying. I use the service to bypass the firewall limitations where i live, allowing me to use services like VOIP, Bittorrent etc. As a bonus, with the "See All TV" service, I can watch Hulu, BBC and the full catalogue on Netflix (as the local catalogue is quite limited). I contacted support about an "out of the ordinary" request (help to an Anyconnect logon-script) - I did not expect them to help me, as it is not really part of their service - but i got a prompt reply - on a Sunday. Now that is GREAT customer support.

"Unrestricted" download/upload The script for the router did not work, it had to be modified. And im not getting full speed on my connection. I am currently in contact with support, who says its my router cpu that is not up to the task. So i send them a screenshot of me doing a speedtest, while looking at the routers cpu/ram usage. 8% for cpu, and 250 out of 256 mb ram free... It has a 800 mhz dual core. The router they recommend have a 480 mhz single core. Ill update this if they own up to the problem... But it might be a few days, since they only reply once a day, despite their 24/7/365 support sign on their page.
