GBI will be staying with BeeVPN For one, BeeVPN is very reasonably priced. Two, it works great on my Android OS HTC Evo 4G and my HP laptop. Three, their great customer support, via email, walked a complete newb like myself through setting up the BeeVPN service on my afore mentioned Android device. Fourth, using BeeVPN makes me feel safer. Finally, all things considered, I'm totally happy and will be staying with BeeVPN. P.S. to the guy below complaining about wanting a refund because he's in Dubai and purchased a 12month service agreement BEFORE testing the service out... You did that to yourself, dude. Always test a new service before purchasing long term agreements. I tested BeeVPN and I'm staying with BeeVPN.

DKKind support - But speed varies alot.. Had a problem with my vpn regarding the cisco vpn client that was messed up... And since im not able to reinstall the OS on this machine, i had to find another way where i was still able to use my vpn. I contacted the support, and after some email exchanges, i was able to get another client that supported another way of connecting.... However there are also some minor things i don't like about beevpn... Some of which change have changed overtime... Pro's + cheap + support alot of platforms Cons - speed varies alot!... it used to be alot better about 1-1½ year ago.. either they got alot more customers and their vpn routers can't handle the encryption/decryption load.. or they need to expand the bandwidth capacity... - even though they say 24/7/365 support... they are extremely slow to respond on emails..

AEEasy start up and good service for a first timer. This was the first time I have used a VPN and initially once I had paid I was unsure how to set up the connection and emailed the support centre. I quickly realised I needed to activate it through the email from beevpn and it worked great. I mainly wanted to watch British TV abroad and although there is some buffering which is to be expected (you get that even in the UK) it has been easy. Customer support had also quickly responded to my email in a surprisingly personal way and were ready to help me resolve the situation. So far so good but it has only been a few days. Great start.

NLGreat service, swift helpful support, easy to install. I have chosen BeeVPN partly because of the pricing and partly because they offer a solution where a router can be used as the VPN client so that whatever you connect to the router goes through the VPN. In my case, this is my Humax FreeSat+HD box, my Kindle Fire HD and occasionally my laptop which normally sits on the non-vpn part of my network. The FreeSat box needs to appear to be in the UK for the on-demand and other apps to work. My setup required an extra router to be on my network to act as the BeeVPN client and they recommend an Asus RT-N16 wireless-N router which you flash a flavour of DD-WRT (mega) to and add a startup script that makes the connection. Don't be alarmed by this, all the instructions are on their web site and are easy to follow. Of course you can make this the only router on your home network so everything goes through the VPN but that isn't what I wanted. I had one hitch with the startup script that was resolved very quickly via email and it was my fault not theirs. I cannot fault the connection or the customer service. Well done BeeVPN.
