GBGreat Customer Support My Master Spas hot tub was not maintaining it's temperature. Called customer support, they were able to troubleshoot my hot tub over the phone, shipped my replacement part right away and was able to get my tub running again in a few days for under $50. These guys are great!

GBMake sure the agent knows what they are talking about before ordering I called to find out which filters I needed for our Michael Phelps hot tub and the agent gave me the wrong information so we got the wrong filters and one of them was cracked. I sent a message through Chat and the person there gave me the correct information and a return label. Waiting for the credit to be issued, so once that is resolved, I would give them a higher rating.
