Ordered 2 pillows for my 2019 H2X… Ordered 2 pillows for my 2019 H2X TRAINER 12. Called first to get correct part number - excellent, then ordered & paid on-line. Total was less than $100, so, $9.99 shipping - OK. Parts arrived in a timely manner and were correct. Price seemed just a little high, or would have been 5 Star. Highly recommended .

Great support from Customer Service Received my free standing cover stand and cover lifter with hydraulic assist. Assembly went exactly as indicated on the literature provided, but the pics are very hard to see on the docs. Line drawings ala IKEA would be much easier to see (and would save ink). Lifter works perfectly! Initial order came in two boxes, but I only saw one tracking number on the original e-mail receipt/confirmation. I inquired to Master Spa Parts, and they got right back to me with the other tracking info and the second item arrived the next day as indicated in their follow-up.

Make sure the agent knows what they are talking about before ordering I called to find out which filters I needed for our Michael Phelps hot tub and the agent gave me the wrong information so we got the wrong filters and one of them was cracked. I sent a message through Chat and the person there gave me the correct information and a return label. Waiting for the credit to be issued, so once that is resolved, I would give them a higher rating.
