GBMake sure the agent knows what they are talking about before ordering I called to find out which filters I needed for our Michael Phelps hot tub and the agent gave me the wrong information so we got the wrong filters and one of them was cracked. I sent a message through Chat and the person there gave me the correct information and a return label. Waiting for the credit to be issued, so once that is resolved, I would give them a higher rating.

GBOrdered a new circuit board from MSP. Ordered a new circuit board from MSP and installed it only to have it burn out my circulation pump by sending 240 volts to my 120-volt circulation pump. I called and talked to the owner. I was informed that it's my fault for not knowing what I was doing (not being a professional hot tub repair person) Eventually I was offered the opportunity to return it for a large restocking fee that would have surely let him keep his profit and still have the part to sell. I bought the correct parts and fixed it no thanks to MSP. Beware.

GBGreat support from Customer Service Received my free standing cover stand and cover lifter with hydraulic assist. Assembly went exactly as indicated on the literature provided, but the pics are very hard to see on the docs. Line drawings ala IKEA would be much easier to see (and would save ink). Lifter works perfectly! Initial order came in two boxes, but I only saw one tracking number on the original e-mail receipt/confirmation. I inquired to Master Spa Parts, and they got right back to me with the other tracking info and the second item arrived the next day as indicated in their follow-up.

GBGreat Customer Support My Master Spas hot tub was not maintaining it's temperature. Called customer support, they were able to troubleshoot my hot tub over the phone, shipped my replacement part right away and was able to get my tub running again in a few days for under $50. These guys are great!
