Ordered a new circuit board from MSP. Ordered a new circuit board from MSP and installed it only to have it burn out my circulation pump by sending 240 volts to my 120-volt circulation pump. I called and talked to the owner. I was informed that it's my fault for not knowing what I was doing (not being a professional hot tub repair person) Eventually I was offered the opportunity to return it for a large restocking fee that would have surely let him keep his profit and still have the part to sell. I bought the correct parts and fixed it no thanks to MSP. Beware.
