After ordering parts After ordering parts, This company discloses parts will not be shipped for 4-6 weeks due to moving a warehouse. How unprofessional. No consumer has time for this and for that reason, you intentionally chose not to disclose this upon ordering.

Ordered 2 pillows for my 2019 H2X… Ordered 2 pillows for my 2019 H2X TRAINER 12. Called first to get correct part number - excellent, then ordered & paid on-line. Total was less than $100, so, $9.99 shipping - OK. Parts arrived in a timely manner and were correct. Price seemed just a little high, or would have been 5 Star. Highly recommended .
