GBThey have the worst customer service They have the worst customer service. They are not informed, lie to you. I was told on more than one occasion that my phone was fixed not the case. Hard understand the customer service people and they do not have privileges to do much. They are hard to get intouch with. I called their sales department in Morgantown WV and told not tocall that number, they can help but will not. If I could change service providers I would,but cells do not work well were I live. The land line is all we have. They are horrible.

GBI paid my frontier internet bill I paid my frontier internet bill. I sent proof of payment in and my services has been disconnected for over a week while under investigation review ! I was told it would be 24 hours to 48 hours that my service would be down until issue would be resolved . I am so furious at this point . I cannot get an answer and supervisors are unavailable .

GBHORRIBLE service Personally at our home address our internet stayed steady but drop in and out. Currently switched to a fiber internet new in town and we see what we should have had. At canceling we were charged another month by frontier even though the month had not started. Also main reason leaving was the way frontier did my parents and how they NEVER had internet but yet stayed paid on bill and was told they wouldn't not credit anything knowing internet has been out and NEVER worked. Pitiful customer service as well as internet service in general.

GBWe are suffering through Frontier… We are suffering through Frontier installing cable service I. Our neighborhood. They have been terrible. Our lawns have been mangled. When I try to call customer service there is no answer or dead end. These guys are spending millions to install and I know not one neighbor who will use their service due to such poor installation

GBHad Frontier for two years or so Had Frontier for two years or so. Many outages and disconnects from the crappy DSL. Optimum gives you 300mbps for about the same price. Plus Frontier charges you $50 to return their equipment...I read the terms of and conditions and the clause which mentions the return of equipment never say that your obligated to pay out of pocket to return it. Its a scam.
