GBWorst of the worst 1. Customer support is sub-optimal. 2. Numerous issues where the internet was down/slow and the technical support was poorly equipped to assist 3. They DO NOT prorate the service even if you cancel at the beginning of the month - I was told, "Just to set proper. expectations, your internet service is a non-regulated service where you were billed from 12/1-12/30 and because your services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, there wouldn't be any partial month credits or refunds for previously billed services." 4. You get charged a fee for returning the modem, which is ridiculous. If I had the choice between no internet or Frontier, I'd choose to live in the stone age.

GBfraudulent fees Frontier Communications fraudulently charges a $50.00 re-stocking fee... If you are a customer prepare to be ripped off! After service charges skyrocketed, I switched providers... When I called to close my Frontier account they not only wouldn't pro rate my final bill, they tried to charge me a $50.00 hidden, hardware re-stocking fee (because they only tell you about it when you cancel your subscription). I have refused to pay and complained to BBB! They are threatening me with collections, I said bring it! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

GBI paid my frontier internet bill I paid my frontier internet bill. I sent proof of payment in and my services has been disconnected for over a week while under investigation review ! I was told it would be 24 hours to 48 hours that my service would be down until issue would be resolved . I am so furious at this point . I cannot get an answer and supervisors are unavailable .

GBThey have the worst customer service They have the worst customer service. They are not informed, lie to you. I was told on more than one occasion that my phone was fixed not the case. Hard understand the customer service people and they do not have privileges to do much. They are hard to get intouch with. I called their sales department in Morgantown WV and told not tocall that number, they can help but will not. If I could change service providers I would,but cells do not work well were I live. The land line is all we have. They are horrible.

GBHorrible service Horrible service. My experience with them was half the time connection was down due to bad installation. They sent technicians to fix it and never resolved the issues. Paying for services not received, and the kicker is that they charge you a restocking fee for their equipment when you cancel. All they want is your money and do not care if you get service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
