35 minute hold time to talk to tech… 35 minute hold time to talk to tech support, after navigating the automated phone system. Cannot access many websites for work and not able to reconfigure DNS on my own. I’m switching back to Spectrum.

HORRIBLE service Personally at our home address our internet stayed steady but drop in and out. Currently switched to a fiber internet new in town and we see what we should have had. At canceling we were charged another month by frontier even though the month had not started. Also main reason leaving was the way frontier did my parents and how they NEVER had internet but yet stayed paid on bill and was told they wouldn't not credit anything knowing internet has been out and NEVER worked. Pitiful customer service as well as internet service in general.

The absolute worst The absolute worst. Customer service and related departments are not connected to erach other, have no idea what is going on, no CRM software and no empowerment. Whats even worse they just outright lie to you. Nick and his team should be fired. This is not how you run a customer facing company.

A 20 year customer A 20 year customer, the rates continually went up, lost service, waited 2 weeks for a service tech, then they cancelled !!! We paid for that month and still havent received a refund, instead they added more charges, do not use Frontier.

F@&$ Frontier Frontier just came to our home last week offered us a promotion as a new customer and within one week of a storm we have no service and going to be without service for an entire week without compensation. Do not get them ! Stick with what you already ! Have the communication companies are the same! Full of sh&! and lie just to get a sale, it’s disgusting when are these business going to stop stealing from us hard working civilians.
