No star No star! We have cancelled subscription to end of last year and now in October slapped with an outstanding bill to pay! Tried to see if I could speak to someone but no contact number to be found. Intercom chat box doesn't recognise 'invoice', 'payment' keywords! Going ignore this bill, such a waste of my time!

You cancel and they still take money out of your account I cancelled the account over the phone. Now, they apparently have no record of this and still automatically renewing my subscription. Logmein won't refund due to the terms of renewal, which I didn't authorise. It looks like since their data breach, they are doing dodgy things to keep the company afloat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO KNOWN AS GOTO.

Price keeps going up. Splashtop a much cheaper solution We have been a long-time customer of Logmein. Very disappointed they continue to raise the prices as high as they are doing when we only use very basic features. This forced us to start looking around and I discovered Splashtop.com. it works exactly the same way including giving user and group permissions. And it's less than half the price. I highly recommend checking it out and wish I would have found it sooner. Sometimes you outprice yourself from the competition enforce your own customers into looking for options that turns out to be cheaper and better. Hopefully their sales department figures it out before it's too late

Absolutely outrageous company Absolutely outrageous company. For the last 3 years they've been tripling the price to the point now where it's totally unacceptable - over £4000!!!! However, trying to cancel the auto-renewal is ridiculous. Tried to find online where to cancel - no ability to cancel from your account. According to their help page the only way to cancel is to ring them. Spent 4 hours on the phone on hold - only to be cut off. Emailed support to ask for the auto-renewal to be cancelled - no response. Thankfully I've been able to instruct my credit card company to block any payments to them so they won't be able to take the money.

Entering the correct login credentials… Entering the correct login credentials on multiple devices, will only log me in on one laptop, wont let me log in with the correct credentials no matter what I do. Unbelievably bad experience for something called "logmein" I literally cant login. Their phone support was less than worthless. The dude didn't offer any ideas then transferred me to the wrong department.
