GBDon't use service if you don't talk often. Don't use service if you don't talk often. It will waste your money. You have to recharge after every 180 days even if you have credit in your account. If you just want to talk 10 minutes in 6 month. it will cost $2 for 10 minutes. They don't give refund.

GBService is good and App is bad These guys have good service, coming to app dail91 app is no longer use said by AJAY customer service guy and suggested Globaltel app. This new app really bad, response from app will be bad, appearance is more bad. I suggest them to get back to dail91 app.

GBDial91 is an unacceptable service Dial91 is an unacceptable calling platform. I bought minutes and I could not make calls to land line numbers in India and for cell phones, there were several times when I can hear the party in India but they cannot hear me. It is unacceptable service. Moreover, they have set expiration period for the credit I paid for and all my unused credit vanished in six months. This is totally unacceptable.

GBThis is the worst company This is the worst company, my account was interrupted again and again, every time if I recharge call probably once in several months, but after 180 days the account has been interrupted, today I contacted them and request extending without recharging, here is the email I received from dial 91: (I was told that my account was expired 6/4/2017) Your account is expired since 6/4/2017. Please note that according to our terms and conditions all sells are final and not refundable. If the issue is because the account is expired, we can escalate this issue to our upper management and extend the validation until you finish your remaining balance. Please let us know. We extended your account for several times and you don't recharge since 2016. Best Regards, xxxxxx Actually, I never requested extend before, or they never gave me any extending before, just lying when dealing with their customers. Don't use the service from this guy, Go other companies, you have never interrupted problem, and most importantly you will get respect.
