GBDial91 is an unacceptable service Dial91 is an unacceptable calling platform. I bought minutes and I could not make calls to land line numbers in India and for cell phones, there were several times when I can hear the party in India but they cannot hear me. It is unacceptable service. Moreover, they have set expiration period for the credit I paid for and all my unused credit vanished in six months. This is totally unacceptable.

GBworst call quality and frequent disconnects - forget calling on weekends. You need to fix the call quality and the frequent breaks that occur every 10 seconds. Dial 91 has become one of the worst providers within a matter of months. What is up?

GBCharged for the calls i won't made I have been Dial91 customer from past 6 years, I added my credit card for Auto Debt when the balance was below 2$. Every month i see a charge of 10$ towards dial 91 on my credit card statement. Suddenly i noticed 20$ charge on my credit card and went in to my Dial91 Call History to check, I noticed there is below charge 8/1/2016 12:16:22 AM 14045213325 01122455835564 8772378827 11 4.0700 8/1/2016 12:16:45 AM 14045213325 01122455835564 8772378827 11 4.0700 I don't recognize the originating number and i couldn't even find out which country that the call went. I suspected somebody is using my Pin to make calls and tried to notify DIal91 and i contacted Dial91 in Live Chat, and get in touch with this guy Ajay, He was ridiculous, He disconnected me twice with out even listening the issue, Who ever is his supervisor please teach him some manners. I strongly suspect its a inside job of Dial91 who shared my pin with some body else. I found out that the same thing happened with few of my friends. Dial 91 if you guys don't resolve this you will end loosing a lot of customers you already lost one.

CAWorst service provider very very pathetic service. No proper details provided. I bought a 5$plan and i started using it as per their norms. EOM i was charged an additional amount by my local service provider. No one is responsible for my loss. I lost money in both the ways. Waste of time and money.
