HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY It was a really good method for long distance calls earlier, but now there is always some problem or the other. The customer service care is also pathetic! Definitely regret recharging here

ZERO star rating ZERO star rating. I had balance leftover om my account, but it expired. For me to use the existing balance (that I have already paid for) I need to recharge and pay them more money. I cannot login, cannot recharge, cannot reach anybody on phone, there is no online support. Nobody to offer customer service. False advertising, lying, cheats.

The call rates must not be changed anytime I had recharged with 30$ with rate 1 cent mins per min. During the period the rate changed to 1.6 cent and accordingly my talk time reduced. How can this be done, as when I recharged the rate was different!! I am really unsatisfied with it.

Worst service Worst service. Support is a joke, while chatting they make us wait for several minutes but if we fail to reply in seconds they ending the chat saying non responisve. Phone support non existent. Switching to Google Voice from now on.
