For me to use the existing balance, I need to recharge and pay them more money. The website will not accept my PIN ????. I cannot login, cannot recharge, cannot reach anybody on phone, there is no online support. Nobody to offer customer service. False advertising, lying, cheats. No direct number for custiomer service. The advertize a 24/7 telephone support that does not exist. Hope there is a class action suit against them. ROBBERS, THIEFs and CHEATERS.

Pathetic Was using it from canada they change USD so they charge additional amount along with exchange rate and exchange cost which is charged by CC. Again thinking the calling rates were fixed.. But no wiat.. That's not.. They can raise and decrease the rate when they like... And this days they have doubled the rates.. And now apps don't work and as per the rep new app will come on 11th July.. Today being 4th July so for 7 days wait don't use the app. Good bye service provider you lost a customer.
