Really POOR service to get the sauna Really POOR service to get the sauna, oredered it and had to wait over 2 weeks before it was shipped, then shipped and had to wait 2 weeks to get it. Once I got it, it had broken parts so another 2-weeks to get the part. Now after trying it, I would NEVER buy another one. Takes a long time to heat up. DO NOT BUY from this company very POOR service

I have not received my order I have not received my order. Estes is the delivery company but after 2 days of waiting for delivery I called customer service and they admitted that they subcontracted another service to deliver my order and they are unable to reach them. This is very poor since I spent 5 hrs on Friday 13th and 5 hrs Monday 16th waiting for delivery with no communication and no order drop off.

Timely delivery Timely delivery. Beautiful wood. Instructions could have been clearer. A section of interior trim had pulled away somewhat. Overall, looks good.

The only thing I did not like is that… The only thing I did not like is that they are no longer offering the cd player...which was the only reason I ordered this brand....but I do love the sauna!
