GBI have not received my order I have not received my order. Estes is the delivery company but after 2 days of waiting for delivery I called customer service and they admitted that they subcontracted another service to deliver my order and they are unable to reach them. This is very poor since I spent 5 hrs on Friday 13th and 5 hrs Monday 16th waiting for delivery with no communication and no order drop off.

GBLove our new sauna and had a good… Love our new sauna and had a good experience purchasing through Sunflare. DJ was very responsive throughout the process, answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date with the order progress.

GBI've had a couple of encounters with… I've had a couple of encounters with SunFlare saunas and while they weren't terriby bad I wouldn't call them grreat either. They do offer a decent level of servicce and their products are almost good, but there's nothing spectacualr that stands out. Prices are okay for what you get but there's nothing that stands out compared to other companies in the market. All in all, averae experience.

GBMy experiance with sunflaresaunas.com… My experiance with sunflaresaunas.com has been middle-of-the-road at best. The website is ok, but rather simple and nothing overly eye-catching. Nothing great about it, nothing terrible either. Produts are fairly priced and selecton is decent. I've found the customer service to be fairly responsve, but not always transparent in their business dealings. I have seen some delays in recieving prodcuts, but nothing too outrageous. All in all, an avereage experiance. I don't have much togethr to say, overall I'dd give it a 3/5 rating. UPD: First of all htnaks for calling me a bot for spelling mistakes Second, I got scammed so after I revisited your site to contact the support I noticed that it didn't at all look like before. 6 months have passed now but I'm not sure that you changed your site so much. In conclusion I want to apologize to sunflaresaunas.com and will upd my review after I have experience with legit sites. p.s. I feel a bit dumb but it is what it is.
