USManager was very kind and understanding… Manager was very kind and understanding when I was concerned about delayed delivery. (Ordered first week of Dec, USPS finally delivered it after Christmas. The buds I bought were a gift and my husband is very happy with the quality and strength. Will definitely consider ordering from them again.
