Keep it up guys! I joined MellowFlow a week ago and it's been going great. it has helped me identify so many nuances of my procrastination that I had no idea of before. I learnt what my triggers are, what causes me to procrastinate , what the consequences are when I delay a task. I like that I am given well aimed questions I can answer specifically, it gives examples and even some cases of people who procrastinate to help me get a better understanding of my case. Self awareness is the first step to recovery. It has only been a week, but I feel very well informed about this bad habit of mine. Hopefully soon I can move towards altogether getting rid of procrastination.

It is helping and their questions do a… It is helping and their questions do a good job in prompting me to dig deep and face the hardest issues I have. But I wish it is a bit more interactive with a bit more graphics because I am more of a visual person rather than a words person.

You need to be committed to work on it The program so far is very easy to follow and small tasks make it enjoyable

First week done and seeing results It is starting to make me not want to procrastinate and I’m only 8 days in so I am excited to see what the whole month brings
