Very good Very good, completed 8 days so far, although I would prefer to complete at my own pace, ie faster but each day is locked

Just getting started I’ve been a chronic procrastinator as far back as I can remember. I’m just getting started on this journey but I’m seeing the breakdowns of the thinking that causes the problem and knowing what’s wrong is the first step to correcting it. Understanding myself is going to be a game changer

Like the email reminders and positive… Like the email reminders and positive reinforcement, and explanations. The lavender color scheme is also easy on the eyes. If I miss a day, the lessons add up, so I'm happy that I chose just about a 5-minute lesson. keeps me motivated. I used a competitor before and I chose lessons that were too long and the color scheme was more harsh on my eyes,encouraged. Happy so far.

It is helping and their questions do a… It is helping and their questions do a good job in prompting me to dig deep and face the hardest issues I have. But I wish it is a bit more interactive with a bit more graphics because I am more of a visual person rather than a words person.
