GBIt feels like a scam TLDR: Their customer service is non-existent, and cancelling the service is completely up to them responding. The app itself does have some value to it. I saw the advertisement and loved how it looked and felt so I signed up for their subscription. When I signed into the app it was nothing like the ad but simply blocks of text and questions to answer. I figured I already had the service and would give it a shot anyway. I quite enjoyed reading through the text and answering the questions, but in the end I decided it was not the service for me. I looked into how to cancel the subscription and found the only way to cancel is sending them an email. I sent an email and received no response only to be charged the subscription fee again the following week. I have since found a phone number for them, but when I call they have no representatives to answer the phone and it says to email them and quickly hangs up. In the end I am posting here because it appears they respond here more than anywhere else. I would like a refund for the last charge (4/22/24) and do not need a refund for the initial charge as I was expecting that one.

HKIt is helping and their questions do a… It is helping and their questions do a good job in prompting me to dig deep and face the hardest issues I have. But I wish it is a bit more interactive with a bit more graphics because I am more of a visual person rather than a words person.

GBThe questions are thought provoking and… The questions are thought provoking and make you sit and take a good look at yourself and your lame excuses.

GBJust getting started I’ve been a chronic procrastinator as far back as I can remember. I’m just getting started on this journey but I’m seeing the breakdowns of the thinking that causes the problem and knowing what’s wrong is the first step to correcting it. Understanding myself is going to be a game changer
