GBEasy to Commit To So far,so good. I’m early in my journey but the bite-sized lessons make it easy to focus on incremental change. Normally by now I would’ve already forgotten the app was even there and I had stuff to do in it lol. I’m looking forward to the remaining lessons!

INI am extremely disappointed with… I am extremely disappointed with MellowFlow's lack of customer service and failure to refund my money. Despite completing their 28-day challenge within the 30-day trial period and following all their instructions, I have not received any response regarding the refund for the first month. To add to my frustration, they charged my credit card for another month's subscription without my authorization. Their app still does not have a proper cancellation option, and the only way to contact them is through an email address that seems to be ignoring my messages. MellowFlow's behavior is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for both the first and second months. Their lack of communication and failure to provide adequate support is a clear indication of their untrustworthiness. Stay away from this app!

GBKeep it up guys! I joined MellowFlow a week ago and it's been going great. it has helped me identify so many nuances of my procrastination that I had no idea of before. I learnt what my triggers are, what causes me to procrastinate , what the consequences are when I delay a task. I like that I am given well aimed questions I can answer specifically, it gives examples and even some cases of people who procrastinate to help me get a better understanding of my case. Self awareness is the first step to recovery. It has only been a week, but I feel very well informed about this bad habit of mine. Hopefully soon I can move towards altogether getting rid of procrastination.

GBJust getting started I’ve been a chronic procrastinator as far back as I can remember. I’m just getting started on this journey but I’m seeing the breakdowns of the thinking that causes the problem and knowing what’s wrong is the first step to correcting it. Understanding myself is going to be a game changer

GBIt feels like a scam TLDR: Their customer service is non-existent, and cancelling the service is completely up to them responding. The app itself does have some value to it. I saw the advertisement and loved how it looked and felt so I signed up for their subscription. When I signed into the app it was nothing like the ad but simply blocks of text and questions to answer. I figured I already had the service and would give it a shot anyway. I quite enjoyed reading through the text and answering the questions, but in the end I decided it was not the service for me. I looked into how to cancel the subscription and found the only way to cancel is sending them an email. I sent an email and received no response only to be charged the subscription fee again the following week. I have since found a phone number for them, but when I call they have no representatives to answer the phone and it says to email them and quickly hangs up. In the end I am posting here because it appears they respond here more than anywhere else. I would like a refund for the last charge (4/22/24) and do not need a refund for the initial charge as I was expecting that one.
