PLIt works I'm taking part in the 28 days challenge. I'll wait and see if it's true that the fear of loss motivates me to actually finish the task ahead.

GBHope for long term procrastinators!! I started this a week or two ago and can already see & feel the changes in my mindset and attitude. I’ve had a problem with procrastination for a long time, and this is the first thing I’ve tried to that makes me hopeful I can conquer this terrible habit that has affected my life in so many ways.

SGFraud Mellowflow is written by an AI, the questions are repetitive and there is really no thought or scientific structure that goes on in the app. The newsletters look like SPAM (did not even bother to format the email), there is no LinkedIn profile, you cannot see the CEO anywhere, Derek Mitchell (the Behavioural Psychologist they claim they have) is actually a STOLEN picture of Dave Frost which is a London-based actor. Search Dave Frost actor on Google Images and you'll see. This "app" is a TOTAL FRAUD.

GBLike the email reminders and positive… Like the email reminders and positive reinforcement, and explanations. The lavender color scheme is also easy on the eyes. If I miss a day, the lessons add up, so I'm happy that I chose just about a 5-minute lesson. keeps me motivated. I used a competitor before and I chose lessons that were too long and the color scheme was more harsh on my eyes, encouraged. Happy so far.

GBIt feels like a scam TLDR: Their customer service is non-existent, and cancelling the service is completely up to them responding. The app itself does have some value to it. I saw the advertisement and loved how it looked and felt so I signed up for their subscription. When I signed into the app it was nothing like the ad but simply blocks of text and questions to answer. I figured I already had the service and would give it a shot anyway. I quite enjoyed reading through the text and answering the questions, but in the end I decided it was not the service for me. I looked into how to cancel the subscription and found the only way to cancel is sending them an email. I sent an email and received no response only to be charged the subscription fee again the following week. I have since found a phone number for them, but when I call they have no representatives to answer the phone and it says to email them and quickly hangs up. In the end I am posting here because it appears they respond here more than anywhere else. I would like a refund for the last charge (4/22/24) and do not need a refund for the initial charge as I was expecting that one.
