It leans towards the scam side It leans towards the scam side. The email from the apparent psychologist that they have contains a TrustPilot image with a rating of 4.5 and over 1 thousand reviews. So I had a look on TrustPilot and they have less than 200 reviews with a rating of 3.6. Also the image that was shared that they asserted was personalized, was an AI-generated image and misleading. I would definitely not recommend this service.

I am extremely disappointed with… I am extremely disappointed with MellowFlow's lack of customer service and failure to refund my money. Despite completing their 28-day challenge within the 30-day trial period and following all their instructions, I have not received any response regarding the refund for the first month. To add to my frustration, they charged my credit card for another month's subscription without my authorization. Their app still does not have a proper cancellation option, and the only way to contact them is through an email address that seems to be ignoring my messages. MellowFlow's behavior is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for both the first and second months. Their lack of communication and failure to provide adequate support is a clear indication of their untrustworthiness. Stay away from this app!

MellowFlow is pretty good! Although I just begun, this app really helps me in reflecting previous experiences of my procrastination, I am still waiting for ways to get around it completely; it would be nice if there was more information about overcoming certain triggers in the beginning, but if it happens later that is cool too! It is hard to join an app like this and now want to immediately get to ending the procrastination cycle, but this app does a good job in easing into the mindset that it CAN end.

Fraud Mellowflow is written by an AI, the questions are repetitive and there is really no thought or scientific structure that goes on in the app. The newsletters look like SPAM (did not even bother to format the email), there is no LinkedIn profile, you cannot see the CEO anywhere, Derek Mitchell (the Behavioural Psychologist they claim they have) is actually a STOLEN picture of Dave Frost which is a London-based actor. Search Dave Frost actor on Google Images and you'll see. This "app" is a TOTAL FRAUD.
