ZAIt leans towards the scam side It leans towards the scam side. The email from the apparent psychologist that they have contains a TrustPilot image with a rating of 4.5 and over 1 thousand reviews. So I had a look on TrustPilot and they have less than 200 reviews with a rating of 3.6. Also the image that was shared that they asserted was personalized, was an AI-generated image and misleading. I would definitely not recommend this service.

GBSimple, but effective It's a very simple app, but it makes you pause and think through the assignments at hand every day, which makes it easier to tackle your own procrastination problems. I've only had it for a week, but my productivity has already hughely improved. Knowing why I behave the way I do and confronting it is very hepful.

GBKeep it up guys! I joined MellowFlow a week ago and it's been going great. it has helped me identify so many nuances of my procrastination that I had no idea of before. I learnt what my triggers are, what causes me to procrastinate , what the consequences are when I delay a task. I like that I am given well aimed questions I can answer specifically, it gives examples and even some cases of people who procrastinate to help me get a better understanding of my case. Self awareness is the first step to recovery. It has only been a week, but I feel very well informed about this bad habit of mine. Hopefully soon I can move towards altogether getting rid of procrastination.

GBMellowFlow is pretty good! Although I just begun, this app really helps me in reflecting previous experiences of my procrastination, I am still waiting for ways to get around it completely; it would be nice if there was more information about overcoming certain triggers in the beginning, but if it happens later that is cool too! It is hard to join an app like this and now want to immediately get to ending the procrastination cycle, but this app does a good job in easing into the mindset that it CAN end.

GBEasy to Commit To So far,so good. I’m early in my journey but the bite-sized lessons make it easy to focus on incremental change. Normally by now I would’ve already forgotten the app was even there and I had stuff to do in it lol. I’m looking forward to the remaining lessons!
