GBHCM is shut down due to Covid HCM is shut down due to Covid - and my husband was automatically charged for his treatment, which he could not have. They said they would not issue refund, and would see about future opening and charges. My sister-in-law owns a hair salon and didn't charge her customers for services scheduled, but not rendered due to shutdown. It's now about a month later, and his next scheduled appointment is coming up. I don't think they should charge him again.

CAPatrick is a rock star!! Patrick is so amazing at what he does! During every visit, he goes out of his way to provide an outstanding customer experience. From the minute I arrive, I am always greeted with an awesome smile and welcome. From there, I know I am in the hands of an expert. He ensures that any questions or concerns I have are quickly addressed. He always asks how everything is going with my system and ensures at issues are well taken care of. I look forward to my regular centre visit and spending an hour of my time with a friend. He is talented, empathetic and great at conversation making you feel unique and like you're his only client. Way to go Patrick, keep up the amazing work.

GBMy experience with hairclub.com was… My experience with hairclub.com was mediocer. I went to the website with expectations of an easy to use platform and found it to be just A-OKAY. While navigating the website wasn't overly difficult, there were a few glitches here and there. The customer service team was also passable. All-in-all, it was an ordinary interaction. But I wouldn't be quick to suggest this as a go-to service since there are probably better solutions out there.

Uncomfortable
CAMy stylist My stylist, Holly, is always good, knowledgeable and helpful. The administration staff not so much. My last visit the receptionist left me sitting in the waiting room, didn't tell my stylist I was there. My appointment was interrupted by two different people pulling Holly out of the room in the middle of my treatment, one being the manager, who should know better, and the second because it's her job to measure new clients. Surely this new client could have waited the five minutes I waited with my head getting cold.

GBI have been a member of HC for over 20… I have been a member of HC for over 20 years and had a number of different stylists and worked with a multitude of different centers, all good in many ways, however, my experience at the Wildwood, FL center has been outstanding. From the time you call Yara, the office manager, you feel at ease and she goes above and beyond to get to know you and your specific needs and makes you feel like you are important and valued. My new favorite stylist, Nikki, or Andranique B., has been truly impressive. She takes time to get to know you, and really listens to your request (mine is always to look like George Clooney, but that is truly pushing it:)) and ensures you are completely satisfied before you leave her chair. I have now worked with Nikki for 6 salon visits and I have to say the last visit was my best yet. I left feeling good about myself and my hair was the best (in my opinion) that it has ever been, and for that I am truly grateful to both Yara and Nikki. Thank you! NTL
