GBI was told the records did not show… I was told the records did not show that the hair I sent out for repair in March of 2023 had never returned. One year later !!!! Although my stylist continually checked to see if it had been returned and it was in the system they will not honor my request. Not even offering any type of partial reimbursement !!!! I have been a loyal customer for 8 years here in Fl and previous to that in Ct. I stayed with the company throughout the covid shut down and would think that HC international would have some understanding for its customers. I am highly disappointed that the corporate office is not able to accommodate my request for reimbursement of a $370.00 hair piece that I bought and paid for but never had the opportunity to use ... This is not fair to treat a loyal customer, I'm moving out of state and there are no HC in the area I'm moving to otherwise I would have stayed with the company.... Now I'm not sure if I would with the way this has been dealt with...

CAMy experience has been nothing but the BEST from Aisha at the Yorkland Location. My experience has been nothing but the best! Aisha from the Yorkland location is worth mentioning in that she consistently gives her best in the care and concern of the client. Aisha goes above and beyond in her level of service. She is kind, thoughtful and very mindful of her clients. Not only does she care about you as a client but she ensures that every experience is a satisfying one. Kudos to the team and moreso having such an amazing Stylist like Aisha!!!!!

CAFarhana at the downtown location (11… Farhana at the downtown location (11 King St ) of Hairclub is an excellent hairstylist. She knows her job very well, and is polite as well as punctual. She always gives her 100% when she's with a client, which results in full satisfaction on the client's part. Three cheers for her!!

Uncomfortable
CAMy stylist My stylist, Holly, is always good, knowledgeable and helpful. The administration staff not so much. My last visit the receptionist left me sitting in the waiting room, didn't tell my stylist I was there. My appointment was interrupted by two different people pulling Holly out of the room in the middle of my treatment, one being the manager, who should know better, and the second because it's her job to measure new clients. Surely this new client could have waited the five minutes I waited with my head getting cold.
