GBClient Support My experience based on nearly 30 years of being an HCM member has been positive and satisfactory. I have seen countless people come and go and I can honestly say that all of them have been wonderful and supportive to me and my needs. I still have concerns regarding what level would best suits my needs (Gold vs Silver) but that is ongoing as time moves on every year.

GBHCM is shut down due to Covid HCM is shut down due to Covid - and my husband was automatically charged for his treatment, which he could not have. They said they would not issue refund, and would see about future opening and charges. My sister-in-law owns a hair salon and didn't charge her customers for services scheduled, but not rendered due to shutdown. It's now about a month later, and his next scheduled appointment is coming up. I don't think they should charge him again.

GBCommenting on HairClubs RestorInk and a… Commenting on HairClubs RestorInk and a comment made by an October 2023 review who stated they received RestorInk for $1,000 (plus tax). The review did not state the size of the treatment area. I had this procedure at HairClub and they charged me over $8,000 (plus tax) for a small area (two sessions). Expensive and now faded after a few months to the point a HC stylist (who didn't know I had RestorInk done) recommended that I do RestorInk. Imagine the stylist's expression when I simply said, "I did." Don't waste your time and money on RestorInk at HairClub. Go to a reputable cosmetic surgeon who use actual experienced technicians for scalp micropigmentation (SMP) -- which HC calls RestorInk.

CAMy experience has been nothing but the BEST from Aisha at the Yorkland Location. My experience has been nothing but the best! Aisha from the Yorkland location is worth mentioning in that she consistently gives her best in the care and concern of the client. Aisha goes above and beyond in her level of service. She is kind, thoughtful and very mindful of her clients. Not only does she care about you as a client but she ensures that every experience is a satisfying one. Kudos to the team and moreso having such an amazing Stylist like Aisha!!!!!

CAHairclub.com has almot good quality… Hairclub.com has almot good quality products. But their ordering and customer relations admistrative set up isn't too great. It hasn't been alwasy a smooth expirience. I think they need to look into this.
