I have seen countless people come and go and I can honestly say that all of them have been wonderful and supportive to me and my needs. I still have concerns regarding what level would best suits my needs (Gold vs Silver) but that is ongoing as time moves on every year.

While navigating the website wasn't overly difficult, there were a few glitches here and there. The customer service team was also passable. All-in-all, it was an ordinary interaction. But I wouldn't be quick to suggest this as a go-to service since there are probably better solutions out there.
