US"accidental charges" and strong upselling Updated review from 1 Star: Thought I might try this product and after clicking for a basic trial there was a barrage of upsells/add ons. I clicked "NO" to all of them and decided that such aggressive upselling was a red flag and went to my credit card website and blocked them. The first charge got through but sure enough an add on charge was attempted but thankfully blocked. I replied to the subscription confirmation email asking to cancel. (I did not use or even visit the app at all). I did get a reply today apologizing for the accidental charge and saying they "canceled the subscription so that you won't be charged for another period". I replied and repeated my request to cancel the initial charge as well since I have not accessed the product at all. Waiting on their response. If they deal fairly and honor my request I will update my review again.

USScam and falsification Beware this company. Deceptive purchase agreement page. My wife was charged for nearly $200, yet we only received a receipt for $23.99. When we tried to reach out to the company for a refund, we received absolutely no reply. We tried to claim a refund through PayPal, but it the company wouldn’t budge, and after two weeks of investigation, the company still has not replied to any of our direct inquiries with no proof of purchase agreement. Beware this company. Further, in correspondence during my investigation on my wife’s behalf, the company uses an inflated TrustPilot rating image instead of the actual rating.
