GBnotice of improvement I do feel there has been a noticeable improvement in reducing my back pain. It isn't completely gone like I had hoped but I am certainly more comfortable than before staring to use it. I am hoping I will continue to see improvement by daily use either once or twice a day.

GBUnacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

GBMade my back worse Not for everyone and that should be explained- it is most definitely not for everyone and every existing back problem. Kryobak should make this very clear so as not to convey the false hope that it works for everyone and most certainly with the graphics telegraphing that message

GBNot a complete cure but helpful in reducing pain. After several decades of lower back pain, the Kyrobak provided some relief, especially after exercise and long walks. I did not obtain 100% cure but probably improved it by 75%. That was more than other treatments I have tried (chiropractor, physical therapy). It took several months of using the Kyrobak before I felt it was working .

GBNot for the obese/elderly Both a sofa or bed are too soft to use this equipment on and the floor is too low and/or almost impossible for an 85 y/o obese woman with back pain to get down to or up from! The seat of the machine may be fine for a normal size/weight person but not for the obese or elderly. You need to invent a "plus size" model...but even with that, access remains a problem. Will likely be returning this soon.
