When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.

Continued to bill my card monthly for $89. Discovered this when doing my taxes (billed HSA) and now Soothe refuses to respond to calls, emails, or texts. Merlin Kauffman is the owner, who lives in San Juan. Hope he is enjoying being a criminal.

Soothe is not so soothing As a licensed massage therapist, I resigned from accepting clients with them on 3/5/24. They were happy. I started publicizing how I was sexually harassed on assignments and they did nothing about it. They don’t even have a SOAP note process. Never thought I would say this: You’d be better with the greater of the two evils - Zeel.

Too many rescheduled massages Failing company. Unprofitable and it shows through the way they treat their employees. You want proof? You want me to take down the review because there’s not enough information? Let me elaborate... The massages I book keep getting rescheduled or cancelled. Why schedule something and cancel last second? How can I plan out a night when there’s a more than 75% chance it’ll be rescheduled, cancelled or moved around? And I can’t even put the blame on the therapists. They’re not getting paid enough to care. Also, their customer service takes much too long to respond.

DO NOT USE MOBILE MASSAGE APPS AS A MASSAGE THERAPIST. You will not be protected at all, as these apps consider you getting out alive as you being fine after being assaulted. All they care about is the “clients safety” and lining their pockets. Throw this app and everyone who runs it in the garbage.
