ESP One One Three Eight
USThis App Has Bugs It was a hassle to apply as they were not knowledgeable about the requirements to be a massage therapist in California. I never had clients with this service. Customers were very far away and they would book less than a half-hour from the scheduled time. I required at least 24 hours; I do have another job. Most of the time I would get an error message if I decided to accept an appointment.

USSoothe Internet Service Scam-- Soothe Internet Service Scam-- Canceled a Sooth account after finding they didn't have providers in my area, however, Sooth never canceled their billing. Continued to bill my card monthly for $89. Discovered this when doing my taxes (billed HSA) and now Soothe refuses to respond to calls, emails, or texts. Merlin Kauffman is the owner, who lives in San Juan. Hope he is enjoying being a criminal.

USAbsolute trash for clients and… Absolute trash for clients and providers alike. Pray you don’t need assistance with anything. The app CONSTANTLY GLITCHES. When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.

USI didn't get the massage that had been confirmed Like others, I booked an appointment, got a confirmation, and then no one showed up. When I emailed them, they said they hadn't been able to get a confirmed massage for me. I showed them the screenshot of the confirmation, and they changed their tune to a cancellation. Since I'd read a lot of reviews saying this had happened, my hopes were not high, and actually getting a massage was going to be a bonus. They'll release my credit card hold within three days. I'll go to the massage place near here when I want one. I'd played in a hockey tournament this weekend and really could have used one last night.

USHurt my shoulders I had 2 swedish massages with Soothe. The first one was fine. For the 2nd one, I had to tell the provider (different than the first massage) 3 to 4 times that she was pressing way too hard and hurting me, also moving my shoulders in uncomfortable, un-natural ways. Both my shoulders have been hurting since then (it's been 1 month) particularly the right one, with pain waking me up at night and pain during the day. I cannot attend my swim lessons because of it. She clearly messed up some tendons or nerve.
