Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

They steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?

When I first used this back years ago… When I first used this back years ago the app was organised and easy to navigate. Furthermore, Andy's voice was so calming. Now, it's hard to navigate and very disorganised. Has Headspace been bought out? Most videos are now narrated by Americans now and there isn't the option to switch back to British. Might seem minor but it makes a lot of difference

BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Headspace is worth it if you are into mental wellness I've been using headspace for a couple years. The free version was recommended to me by my therapist.They have options for students, and people with lower income. The customer service staff is very kind, and understanding. I will be honest, quite a bit of the meditations sound very similar, but each session has its own blurb before the meditation. There's also ways to reflect on and track your anxieties and stressors. Many videos, activities and topics as well. I really recommend headspace
