Headspace is demeaning and hurtful toward older people Headspace is hurtful and demeaning toward older users. It intentionally excludes all people who look 'old.' Both the instructors and the people interviewed are meant to look young, twenties-thirties. I feel that I don't exist when I open Headspace. Many of their meditations are too similar but with different titles.

Horrible customer service As many people here have written, I signed up in November 2022. A year later they charged me for another year at £50 without any warning or reminders. I contacted them within minutes. I have had no reply or response. At a time when the cost of living is affecting so many people, it is inhuman that they are causing so much mental and financial distress. For all their claims of promoting mental health they are just money grabbing scammers.

BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Great app, the same content Great app, very pleasant to use. However content about medfitations is mainly the same throughout different courses they offer. Basically they offer around 5 technics under various “courses”. So after a few months the app stops bringing value as you don’t need it anymore. Which is nice, meditation is quite simple, However no need buying yearly or even lifetime subscription.

Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.
