The App Is Very Disorganized The app is very disorganized. All my readings, videos, etc that I had worked on the previous day, would disappear the next. I only wanted to concentrate on sleeping, however they would bombard me with all kinds of other things I was not interested in. I requested my money back however they ignored me. They lack of customer service also, how frustrating.

Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

Dont bother trying to sign up for the current 50% 0ff Do they never check their payment page, i know of at least 5 other people including myself who have tried over various days and times to sign up and when it comes to making payment it fails. And its nothing to do with the banks either we have all checked With the various banks. . Come tomorrow the deal will no longer be available. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel, balance app is offering a free years trial. So we will all sign up to their app instead. Judging by the many poor reviews here i guess we have all had a lucky escape.

Company is complete scam Company is complete scam. Sign up for a free two weeks then are charged a year without offer of refund from anywhere or anyone. They are just scammers that have half an idea what they're doing. 0* do not spend your money here.

They steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?
