Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

The App Is Very Disorganized The app is very disorganized. All my readings, videos, etc that I had worked on the previous day, would disappear the next. I only wanted to concentrate on sleeping, however they would bombard me with all kinds of other things I was not interested in. I requested my money back however they ignored me. They lack of customer service also, how frustrating.

I regret my free trial. I wasn't conviced by what the subscription offeres so I wanted to end my free trial. But the app had an issue, so I just deleted the app thinking that was that. Instead, they billed me the annual price. I kindly requested a refund, but they said no. There are a bunch of people this happened to on reddit and other forums. It's super unethical for a company making it's money with meditation and mental wellness.

Company is complete scam Company is complete scam. Sign up for a free two weeks then are charged a year without offer of refund from anywhere or anyone. They are just scammers that have half an idea what they're doing. 0* do not spend your money here.

Execrable customer service Whilst the product is good, the billing and in particular the customer service is beyond awful. I raised a query about my membership over three weeks ago and despite a couple of emails telling me there is a backlog and I would have my issue sorted within 3 days etc, still I am waiting. Truly dreadful.
