CAHeadspace is worth it if you are into mental wellness I've been using headspace for a couple years. The free version was recommended to me by my therapist. They have options for students, and people with lower income. The customer service staff is very kind, and understanding. I will be honest, quite a bit of the meditations sound very similar, but each session has its own blurb before the meditation. There's also ways to reflect on and track your anxieties and stressors. Many videos, activities and topics as well. I really recommend headspace

GBShocking customer service, avoid If I could give 0 stars, I would. Similarly to others, I had issues with billing and cancelling my membership and was met with incredibly unhelpful customer support. I initially received a quick response from someone who had obviously not read my query as the response was completely irrelevant. Since then, I have been waiting for a month for another response. They were contacted on January 6th, well before my renewal date, and I have since been charged £50 for a membership I don’t want. Almost 7 weeks and multiple unresponded to emails later, I am shocked at how appalling the customer service is for a wellness app.

GBHorrible customer service As many people here have written, I signed up in November 2022. A year later they charged me for another year at £50 without any warning or reminders. I contacted them within minutes. I have had no reply or response. At a time when the cost of living is affecting so many people, it is inhuman that they are causing so much mental and financial distress. For all their claims of promoting mental health they are just money grabbing scammers.

SGScam and runs away with your money! DO NOT enter your credit card details. They will charge you regardless if you cancelled trial or not and ignores your attempts to contact them. Don’t need to try, just use the bigger and better alternative and save yourself from sour taste especially during holidays.

GBHeadspace is demeaning and hurtful toward older people Headspace is hurtful and demeaning toward older users. It intentionally excludes all people who look 'old.' Both the instructors and the people interviewed are meant to look young, twenties-thirties. I feel that I don't exist when I open Headspace. Many of their meditations are too similar but with different titles.
