Great app, seemingly untrustworthy company I really like the app but in signing up for a 'free' trial it just billed me a year's subscription immediately, which has really eroded my trust in the company. I recommend you try a friend's version because there is no free trial, you will just be billed immediately. It's a shame because that's not the stress you are looking for in a meditation app! The irony is that I probably would have paid after the trial ended but now I think I will do some research on more ethical companies I can trust my money with.

Execrable customer service Whilst the product is good, the billing and in particular the customer service is beyond awful. I raised a query about my membership over three weeks ago and despite a couple of emails telling me there is a backlog and I would have my issue sorted within 3 days etc, still I am waiting. Truly dreadful.

BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

They steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?
