BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Execrable customer service Whilst the product is good, the billing and in particular the customer service is beyond awful. I raised a query about my membership over three weeks ago and despite a couple of emails telling me there is a backlog and I would have my issue sorted within 3 days etc, still I am waiting. Truly dreadful.

I regret my free trial. I wasn't conviced by what the subscription offeres so I wanted to end my free trial. But the app had an issue, so I just deleted the app thinking that was that. Instead, they billed me the annual price. I kindly requested a refund, but they said no. There are a bunch of people this happened to on reddit and other forums. It's super unethical for a company making it's money with meditation and mental wellness.

The App Is Very Disorganized The app is very disorganized. All my readings, videos, etc that I had worked on the previous day, would disappear the next. I only wanted to concentrate on sleeping, however they would bombard me with all kinds of other things I was not interested in. I requested my money back however they ignored me. They lack of customer service also, how frustrating.

They steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?
