Shocking customer service, avoid If I could give 0 stars, I would. Similarly to others, I had issues with billing and cancelling my membership and was met with incredibly unhelpful customer support. I initially received a quick response from someone who had obviously not read my query as the response was completely irrelevant. Since then, I have been waiting for a month for another response. They were contacted on January 6th, well before my renewal date, and I have since been charged £50 for a membership I don’t want. Almost 7 weeks and multiple unresponded to emails later, I am shocked at how appalling the customer service is for a wellness app.

Execrable customer service Whilst the product is good, the billing and in particular the customer service is beyond awful. I raised a query about my membership over three weeks ago and despite a couple of emails telling me there is a backlog and I would have my issue sorted within 3 days etc, still I am waiting. Truly dreadful.

Impossible to unsubscribe! Update:At this point, headspace already made the refund regarding the impossibility to unsubscribe the subscription. *** Impossible to unsubscribe once you make the first payment. I tried to unsubscribe since I don’t use it anymore and it doesn’t appear that option on the app or in client area on the site. Since my last payment details weren’t active anymore because of this problem they went for my first payment card that is still active and charge another year. I sent 3 mails for support and the don’t even reply. I’ll have to cancel my card because of this.

Great app, seemingly untrustworthy company I really like the app but in signing up for a 'free' trial it just billed me a year's subscription immediately, which has really eroded my trust in the company. I recommend you try a friend's version because there is no free trial, you will just be billed immediately. It's a shame because that's not the stress you are looking for in a meditation app! The irony is that I probably would have paid after the trial ended but now I think I will do some research on more ethical companies I can trust my money with.

The App Is Very Disorganized The app is very disorganized. All my readings, videos, etc that I had worked on the previous day, would disappear the next. I only wanted to concentrate on sleeping, however they would bombard me with all kinds of other things I was not interested in. I requested my money back however they ignored me. They lack of customer service also, how frustrating.
