DKThey steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?

RUGreat app, the same content Great app, very pleasant to use. However content about medfitations is mainly the same throughout different courses they offer. Basically they offer around 5 technics under various “courses”. So after a few months the app stops bringing value as you don’t need it anymore. Which is nice, meditation is quite simple, However no need buying yearly or even lifetime subscription.

GBShocking customer service, avoid If I could give 0 stars, I would. Similarly to others, I had issues with billing and cancelling my membership and was met with incredibly unhelpful customer support. I initially received a quick response from someone who had obviously not read my query as the response was completely irrelevant. Since then, I have been waiting for a month for another response. They were contacted on January 6th, well before my renewal date, and I have since been charged £50 for a membership I don’t want. Almost 7 weeks and multiple unresponded to emails later, I am shocked at how appalling the customer service is for a wellness app.

GBCompany is complete scam Company is complete scam. Sign up for a free two weeks then are charged a year without offer of refund from anywhere or anyone. They are just scammers that have half an idea what they're doing. 0* do not spend your money here.

GBWhen I first used this back years ago… When I first used this back years ago the app was organised and easy to navigate. Furthermore, Andy's voice was so calming. Now, it's hard to navigate and very disorganised. Has Headspace been bought out? Most videos are now narrated by Americans now and there isn't the option to switch back to British. Might seem minor but it makes a lot of difference
