Horrible customer service As many people here have written, I signed up in November 2022. A year later they charged me for another year at £50 without any warning or reminders. I contacted them within minutes. I have had no reply or response. At a time when the cost of living is affecting so many people, it is inhuman that they are causing so much mental and financial distress. For all their claims of promoting mental health they are just money grabbing scammers.

Impossible to unsubscribe! Update:At this point, headspace already made the refund regarding the impossibility to unsubscribe the subscription. *** Impossible to unsubscribe once you make the first payment. I tried to unsubscribe since I don’t use it anymore and it doesn’t appear that option on the app or in client area on the site. Since my last payment details weren’t active anymore because of this problem they went for my first payment card that is still active and charge another year. I sent 3 mails for support and the don’t even reply. I’ll have to cancel my card because of this.

BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Scam and runs away with your money! DO NOT enter your credit card details. They will charge you regardless if you cancelled trial or not and ignores your attempts to contact them. Don’t need to try, just use the bigger and better alternative and save yourself from sour taste especially during holidays.

Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.
