Horrible customer service As many people here have written, I signed up in November 2022. A year later they charged me for another year at £50 without any warning or reminders. I contacted them within minutes. I have had no reply or response. At a time when the cost of living is affecting so many people, it is inhuman that they are causing so much mental and financial distress. For all their claims of promoting mental health they are just money grabbing scammers.

Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

I regret my free trial. I wasn't conviced by what the subscription offeres so I wanted to end my free trial. But the app had an issue, so I just deleted the app thinking that was that. Instead, they billed me the annual price. I kindly requested a refund, but they said no. There are a bunch of people this happened to on reddit and other forums. It's super unethical for a company making it's money with meditation and mental wellness.

Headspace is demeaning and hurtful toward older people Headspace is hurtful and demeaning toward older users. It intentionally excludes all people who look 'old.' Both the instructors and the people interviewed are meant to look young, twenties-thirties. I feel that I don't exist when I open Headspace. Many of their meditations are too similar but with different titles.

Execrable customer service Whilst the product is good, the billing and in particular the customer service is beyond awful. I raised a query about my membership over three weeks ago and despite a couple of emails telling me there is a backlog and I would have my issue sorted within 3 days etc, still I am waiting. Truly dreadful.
