Avoid!! They only care about money not you!… Set to not renew my annual membership as I couldn't afford it this year. Every year since 2019 I have received a renewal notice in November but nothing in 2023 as expected! Then they charged me anyway and refuse to refund the £49.99!! Nothing fluffy and fuzzy about Headspace! As money grabbing as others! Would have gone back but will not do so now as I don't trust them.

Impossible to unsubscribe! Update:At this point, headspace already made the refund regarding the impossibility to unsubscribe the subscription. *** Impossible to unsubscribe once you make the first payment. I tried to unsubscribe since I don’t use it anymore and it doesn’t appear that option on the app or in client area on the site. Since my last payment details weren’t active anymore because of this problem they went for my first payment card that is still active and charge another year. I sent 3 mails for support and the don’t even reply. I’ll have to cancel my card because of this.

Great app, the same content Great app, very pleasant to use. However content about medfitations is mainly the same throughout different courses they offer. Basically they offer around 5 technics under various “courses”. So after a few months the app stops bringing value as you don’t need it anymore. Which is nice, meditation is quite simple, However no need buying yearly or even lifetime subscription.

They steal your money Don’t use free trials - it’s impossible to get out without being charged for an annual subscription. They also charge you before your free trial is over. The app is not good with your mental health - ironic right?

When I first used this back years ago… When I first used this back years ago the app was organised and easy to navigate. Furthermore, Andy's voice was so calming. Now, it's hard to navigate and very disorganised. Has Headspace been bought out? Most videos are now narrated by Americans now and there isn't the option to switch back to British. Might seem minor but it makes a lot of difference
