Simply Rubbish & money making company Very rubbish service & feel cheated by company.. Ruin our ocassion... When you place order on their website, they never mentioned anything untill you phone them and find out about delivery. Then they come with terms & condition and so many excuses and by the time you do not have any options left to make another arrangement.. I can say in other words its online cheating and suggest everyone not to use this site otherwise you will loose your money...

Cake never reached, no apology, no refund 20 days later! Ordered cake - never reached for 11th January. Tried calling number of times, phone goes straight to voice mail at all times! Email response is 'order cancelled' money will be returned - case closed! No apologies, only "advice". It has been more than 20 days (30th January), money has not been returned to my account. Tried emailing using the escalation email provided on site - email is disabled. Extremely disappointing! Possibly the worst online ordering experience ever, where are the managers? Do they have anyone at all overseeing the service?

I ordered surprise gift to a friend of mine and selected a delivery date, my order went through and my money got deducted but my friend did not receive any gift on selected date.I kept submiting requests or complaints But it turned out to be of no use. Money is gone, surprise turned out to be horrible shock. Please go with better website if you want better gifting exp!

Conning the NRIs, Blot to India Order never reaches in time, and even items missing from late delivery. They are bunch of thieves & cheats- conning Indians residing outside India, who send gifts to their kins on festival occasions.
