GBPoor products and poor customer service The order that I placed for a special occasion arrived spoiled and no refund was given. Poor customer service. Beware! While the navigation and site is well designed, products listed are attractive, don't fall for it. The real service/values of any company is determined when something goes wrong.

GBThis seems like a fraud company I’m in… This seems like a fraud company I’m in US I placed order for gifts, flowers and cake for my daughter’s birthday yesterday wanted to give her a surprise but these crooks ruined every thing my surprise and her birthday. They did not Deliver any things. It’s not worth spending your dime on this company. Now I hv to file a complaint against them to my Credit Card to get my refund back. I must hv called like 25 times since yesterday but no one is taking calls even their phone seems to be fake. I am really Angry Plz Be Aware of these Chors.

GBFlowers Never Got Delivered I ordered Birthday flowers - never received - customer service is not responsive. I was giving them a second chance - shame on me - I AM DONE WITH TAJ ONLINE. Terrible service.

GBIrritating experience It seems that, This is a company managed by unprofessional,who doesn't care for emotions of the people who opt their services. i am sure that i am not the only one with such horrible experience from this bunch of unprofessional people. They are more concerned about getting money from the customers and not providing service in turn. They actually spoiled my day with there pathetic service which they never provided. there customer care service is useless and there is actually nobody to hear you. I did a big mistake for choosing them as my messenger to deliver my feelings to my loved ones. I will never recommend them to anyone.

GBCake never reached, no apology, no refund 20 days later! Ordered cake - never reached for 11th January. Tried calling number of times, phone goes straight to voice mail at all times! Email response is 'order cancelled' money will be returned - case closed! No apologies, only "advice". It has been more than 20 days (30th January), money has not been returned to my account. Tried emailing using the escalation email provided on site - email is disabled. Extremely disappointing! Possibly the worst online ordering experience ever, where are the managers? Do they have anyone at all overseeing the service?
