I ordered surprise gift to a friend of mine and selected a delivery date, my order went through and my money got deducted but my friend did not receive any gift on selected date.I kept submiting requests or complaints But it turned out to be of no use. Cake was just ugly and cheap and tasted Horrible. The cake which was received by my broher was the worst cake he has had in his life.it looked cheap and tasted even worse.I am sure you guys made a lot of profit coz the cake was sent from one of those cheap roadside small shops,without considering the quality facoty AT ALL.I think i made a mistake booking cake thorugh your website coz i spoiled his bday start with that ugly cake.NEVER goin to book anythin from your website again and will warn all my friends all over the world as well.

Online Cheats! received flowers and fruit basket from andy giani for my aunt this morning. and i mus say i am absolutely disappointed. 1. the fruit was delivered in a really shoddy basket and most of it was rotten. 2.it was delivered by a coolie and no acknowledgement taken 3. the flowers were really cheap and it was a very small bouquet not even close to the image on your website. 4. earlier this morning i saw this package being packed on the roadside in a local market just outside the delivery address really sickening to be cheated by tajonline.com hope you take this seriously and process a refund on priority I have kept the package aside for you to examine pl do so on priority

Cake never reached, no apology, no refund 20 days later! Ordered cake - never reached for 11th January. Tried calling number of times, phone goes straight to voice mail at all times! Email response is 'order cancelled' money will be returned - case closed! No apologies, only "advice". It has been more than 20 days (30th January), money has not been returned to my account. Tried emailing using the escalation email provided on site - email is disabled. Extremely disappointing! Possibly the worst online ordering experience ever, where are the managers? Do they have anyone at all overseeing the service?
