GBNever reached on time. And no apology also for not reaching on time. I am unfortunate to write this review as I had ordered two gifts for my wife Order # 144524466512. These gifts was for her Birthday, which was on 24th. Unfortunately one Gift was delivered on 23rd which was not her birth day and another gift was delivered on th. I am sorry to say but I was a returned customer and I was doing gifts transfer from 2009 and stopped in 2011 for similar issue. But even in 2015, I do not see change / improvement in process of this organization. There is major change required in Management and processes, because they never understood customer feelings. And they do not leave any chance to damage your own reputation. I am sorry but this was my last order and will make sure this words will get spread soon.

GBWrong products delivered Wrong product was delivered. The quality of product was poor. Customer service didn't solve the problem and in turn argued with Us. Never gonna buy products from this company. Cheaters.

GBCake was just ugly and cheap and tasted Horrible. The cake which was received by my broher was the worst cake he has had in his life.it looked cheap and tasted even worse.I am sure you guys made a lot of profit coz the cake was sent from one of those cheap roadside small shops,without considering the quality facoty AT ALL.I think i made a mistake booking cake thorugh your website coz i spoiled his bday start with that ugly cake.NEVER goin to book anythin from your website again and will warn all my friends all over the world as well.

GBVery very bad Very very bad, they are fake. Do not use tajonline.com please. I ordered surprise gift to a friend of mine and selected a delivery date, my order went through and my money got deducted but my friend did not receive any gift on selected date.I kept submiting requests or complaints But it turned out to be of no use. Money is gone, surprise turned out to be horrible shock. Please go with better website if you want better gifting exp!

GBCrappy customer care poor business practices I ordered items online and paid. A day or 2 later I received a garbled phone call telling me they had not the items in stock and they would refund the cost. When my order arrived ( frozen items) 1 bag had burst and was defrosted - the contents in a puddle in the bottom of the freezer transit bag. The other 2 items survived. My money was not refunded. 2 weeks later and following 3 ignored emails I received a reply and they said they would refund that day. A week later still no refund. Several emails ( all ignored bar the last one ) later they said they would refund “x” amount. This was a partial refund not a full refund. This is the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not answer their emails, phone. Customer care is non existent. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR RISK
