Very disappointed with the service Very disappointed with the service. Ordered champagne, cake and flowers to be delivered to my parents for their birthday in Delhi. Nothing was delivered, no email advising about anything, no one picks up the phone. They were left waiting for their cake al day and nothing. 2 days later they replied to me that champagne was not available and they can deliver wine instead. Really, 2 days after the birthday! I have asked for a refund. Let's see if I get one. Very bad service. Would never use them again.

Very poor customer service and integrity Ordered a gift through them. They immediately debited the money from my debit card but due to some glitch in the system they showed order as incomplete. Frustrating but I can understand things can go wrong. This is where the real issue shows up - I tried to call customer support but no one picked the phone. I dropped them a support email and got a response after a day that they will look into it and refund the money back in couple of days (this was Sept, 04) and till today (Sept, 12th) they have not refunded the money (I checked with my bank) or communicated back to me.

Never Again.. After selecting a product from their Same Day delivery, they delivered it after 48 hours... And when inquired, simply answered, there was an issue at our end... Not reliable at all...

It is a very unprofessional & useless… It is a very unprofessional & useless service. My brother had ordered cake for mother's day . It was delivered d next day & was rotten. We had to throw it away. For father's day , two cakes were ordered but not delivered till Wednesday . I called them up. They gave stupid excuses. I have asked them for a refund. It should be shut . They don't know how to handle d business & take orders

disappointed I am very disappointed with this website..it was a birthdaycake and i ordered on time but cake was not delivered on the day..It was a surprise and we failed coz of this website instead of calling three times it never delivered.can any one help me with their management i realy wanna write an email to them aboit this wonderful service they are giving to cutomers..
