Amazing Experience and Peace of Mind! Being able to clear out some unused cell phones is great but being able to do that and know they are going to such a great cause that also does their diligence to protect my personal data and security is just such an amazing experience!

The instructions for wiping the data… The instructions for wiping the data from my devices, how to pack/protect the devices in transport, and printing a shipping label, etc. were very clear. Overall, a good experience! However, you might have more resources about wiping various brands of e-readers. I had to figure that one out on my own.
