Speedy service and fair price I was very impressed with the speed and price received for my device. Website is very easy to navigate and I felt the price I was quoted was reasonable. As soon as my device was received, my payment was immediately available in my PayPal account. My only minor gripe is that I was charged a 3% fee for using PayPal, as opposed to no fee for a written check (which in these times thanks to a dysfunctional USPS, would probably not arrive for at least a week, if it arrives at all)

Great transaction each time I've used TechPayout a few times now and each time my item was processed quickly and I received the expected payment immediately upon the completion of their review. I've received exactly what I expected and haven't had any issues. Recommended, especially for items that some other sites don't take, like watches and more obscure tech.

Good Guys! This is my second transaction with TechPayout. Another smooth transaction that was/is EXACTLY as advertised. I have another phone that I will sell to them. They are fair, upfront, and pay what they say for a device in accurately stated condition. Best recommendation: I would have my friends deal with TechPayout with NO reservations!

Three transactions - would recommend Have now sold a Garmin watch, AirPods, and an iPad to techpayout. Only issue with any of the three transactions was that one of the checks got delayed in the mail on its way to me. When I emailed customer service about it they responded within 30 minutes and immediately offered to cancel the original check and issue a new one. That’s better customer service than I would expect from even Amazon. For those skeptical about why they are only reviewed on trust pilot, seems to be because they send a link to the site to review your transaction. They promise to immediately publish all reviews: good, bad, or otherwise. In short, would recommend without reservation.

Awesome experience. TechPayout gave me the highest offer of all of the other buyback websites, so that was obviously a huge win. They also paid for shipping and paid me out the same day they got my phone (possibly next day..can't remember). I've never sold a phone online so I was definitely afraid of getting scammed but thankfully everything worked out. They're legit. Zero complaints
