Updated review from satisfied customer. Update: Despite my initial concerns, I changed my review to reflect my current degree of satisfaction. I have received good customer service since expressing the initial concerns below. Earlier: I never received a response to a query about my order. I'm still waiting for a response about the item I sent in to sell, more than 2 weeks ago. And there's no update on the website. I will update this review if my transaction is completed, but as of now they have my tech and I have nothing.

Finally got rid of my old tablet! I looked at tech buyback companies to get rid of my giant, outdated Samsung Galaxy View tablet. There were several sites that offered more money up front but, in doing research, TechPayout was the only one without complaints online. In fact, several forums pointed at TechPayout as reputable, so I went with them.
