Speedy service and fair price I was very impressed with the speed and price received for my device. Website is very easy to navigate and I felt the price I was quoted was reasonable. As soon as my device was received, my payment was immediately available in my PayPal account. My only minor gripe is that I was charged a 3% fee for using PayPal, as opposed to no fee for a written check (which in these times thanks to a dysfunctional USPS, would probably not arrive for at least a week, if it arrives at all)

Updated review from satisfied customer. Update: Despite my initial concerns, I changed my review to reflect my current degree of satisfaction. I have received good customer service since expressing the initial concerns below. Earlier: I never received a response to a query about my order. I'm still waiting for a response about the item I sent in to sell, more than 2 weeks ago. And there's no update on the website. I will update this review if my transaction is completed, but as of now they have my tech and I have nothing.

The check came in the mail in the… The check came in the mail in the amount advertised and I didn’t have to go through the trouble of selling it my self. Now I don’t have an extra piece of electronics laying around the house collecting dust and two years ago the amount would have just about filled my gas tank.
