Speedy service and fair price I was very impressed with the speed and price received for my device. Website is very easy to navigate and I felt the price I was quoted was reasonable. As soon as my device was received, my payment was immediately available in my PayPal account. My only minor gripe is that I was charged a 3% fee for using PayPal, as opposed to no fee for a written check (which in these times thanks to a dysfunctional USPS, would probably not arrive for at least a week, if it arrives at all)

Finally got rid of my old tablet! I looked at tech buyback companies to get rid of my giant, outdated Samsung Galaxy View tablet. There were several sites that offered more money up front but, in doing research, TechPayout was the only one without complaints online. In fact, several forums pointed at TechPayout as reputable, so I went with them. Sure enough, shipping my tablet was easy, communication from them during the process was great, and I got my money (full amount offered) quickly. Thank you!

Updated review from satisfied customer. Update: Despite my initial concerns, I changed my review to reflect my current degree of satisfaction. I have received good customer service since expressing the initial concerns below. Earlier: I never received a response to a query about my order. I'm still waiting for a response about the item I sent in to sell, more than 2 weeks ago. And there's no update on the website. I will update this review if my transaction is completed, but as of now they have my tech and I have nothing.

Ease of transaction Ease of transaction. My device was reviewed immediately after being received and approved for the full amount. What is really great is that the process provides status during each step. I selected to be paid by check and with a week after receipt of my iPad the check came.
