I have received good customer service since expressing the initial concerns below. Earlier: I never received a response to a query about my order. I'm still waiting for a response about the item I sent in to sell, more than 2 weeks ago. And there's no update on the website. I will update this review if my transaction is completed, but as of now they have my tech and I have nothing.

GBI am happy with the way the transaction… I am happy with the way the transaction was handled. Fair pricing, expedient service, however, more payout options would be nice. When I had a question, drop them an email and got an answer much quicker than I had expected.

GBThe check came in the mail in the… The check came in the mail in the amount advertised and I didn’t have to go through the trouble of selling it my self. Now I don’t have an extra piece of electronics laying around the house collecting dust and two years ago the amount would have just about filled my gas tank.
