GBTerrible and Unprofessional Absolutely, terrible and unprofessional customer service. My refurbished phone, after reading these reviews I have low hopes it will work properly, was sent to the wrong address. Thankfully I caught the issue, but it is unknown whether it will be resolved. I'm disappointed that the company can not contract qualified customer service agents. I will update the review as this process progresses.

GBIt's great until it's not The process was quick although I will say, the online portion was not user friendly. It was unclear what the hold up was during the initial process. had to call and speak to representative who couldn't help me get past that one page. That delayed things and was very frustrating to me.

GBThe Samsung customer care + team was…GREAT The Samsung customer care + team was great in providing me the information and guiding me through the claims process. I did run into a snag in the claims process but the agent was very efficient in helping me through the claims process. You can contact a real human at Samsung when you need extra help which in today's robot world really GREAT!🤗🙂

GBSamsung Care+/Servify are always well… Samsung Care+/Servify are always well at my needs for insurance claims/coverage. I've never had any issues that Servify did not resolve quickly with the authorized dealers for Samsung. Thank you for the fast turnaround and repairs!
