DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE+ DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE+ Their customer service agents may as well be bots. They cannot tell you when you'll get your replacement device. Been waiting 5 days already for a replacement and calling Servify. None of the agents can tell me when the replacement will come. This is after a lengthy process to even submit the claim because they said, their error, they were collecting my money but for some reason didn't have an active insurance policy with me. They said they'll need to activate the policy and that takes 24 hrs and to call back and resubmit the claim then. Don't recommend buying the insurance. Unless you don't mind waiting who knows how long to obtain your replacement. Edit: The reply from Servify is just a bot. They take forever to actually respond to anything.

What a wonderful surprise!?! What a wonderful surprise!?! Wow! I spoke with a super friendly agent about an issue with my phone. She steered me in the right direction and handled my request for a replacement phone in a timely manner. Excellent! 100% satisfied customer. 5 thumbs up!

The inner phone screen on my zfold 4… The inner phone screen on my Zfold 4 stopped working. I put a claim for a replacement phone and did have to wait days for the phone to arrive. Verizon always sent a phone next day air. So this isn't so great. Did end up receiving the phone. About a month later, the inner screen protector started to peel. They obviously sent me a refurbished or remanufactured phone. I called Servify and they said screen protector isn't covered. Not exactly what I wanted to hear for a phone that's just a month old. They either sent a phone that failed QC or it was a refurbished phone. How does a screen protector on a replacement phone only last a month?? On that note, Servify, stepped up after reading my review and corrected the situation by sending me yet another replacement. We'll see how the protector holds up. I will up the stars to 4 for them having rectified the situation.

Samsung Doesn't Care+ It's been over 1 month and Samsung Care+ has sent me 3 defective replacements in a row. They ultimately decided to refund my purchase but the decision took far too long and I was left with a defective phone that couldn't do basics I relied on. Their customer service can be difficult to reach, quickly makes false promises, and they even advertise their 4.5 out of 5 star rating on their site - something they definitely don't have. Their terms and conditions are ambiguous as expected but they have opted to do the bare minimum, bordering on violating the terms to do as little for the customer as possible. I would avoid if at all possible. If needed, spend a few extra dollars on your own carrier's protection plan.

Excellent Service After reading a few negative reviews in Reddit, I expected it will be a challenge to get my phone fixed. Surprisingly the process was easy and smooth. I got my replacement in no time.
