Excellent Service The person in charge of repairing my phone was excellent. Bryan broke down the time required and why it would take that long and was very professional. He was actually done a bit early and my phone feels and looks like it is brand new.

Life came to a standstill. one visit to the service centre made the dead phone alive. Thank god I had bought protection plan which at that time i felt was unnecessary. The warranty company is legit they went out of the way to make my claim right The only authorized service center near me within 150 mi was not able to get the required parts. I had to do the online claim but they didn't have the part available either for just replacement screen. The warranty company went out of their way to get the issue taken care of though and made it right so I give them five stars for the effort they put despite the system not being perfect they cannot control Samsung not making enough replacement screens.

Great service and extra help The tech was able to replace my phone screen within a couple of hours, so I didn't have to give it up for very long. When I went to pick it up, he also gave me some much-needed help on my new Samsung watch without any extra charge. I really appreciate his expertise and willingness to help me become functional again!
