True craftsmanship! Tim is a delightful person and proud of his craft. In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! It's clear he loves what he does for the sake of it. He does not take for granted his strong position in a fairly niche market; he earned and maintains it!

Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. I’m so glad I did because he got back with me quickly and walked me through a couple of tests that lead to a successful repair. Thank you so much for your kindness! I was really surprised by the willingness to help, and the way you treated me like a close friend. Grateful for a shining example of generosity. My mother will be very excited to have her beloved toaster back this Christmas!

The toaster is beautiful The toaster is beautiful. And functional. It makes my life just a bit easier, and I appreciate that. Tim communicated well during the whole process. I got before/during/after photos of my toaster. Just keep in mind that it all takes time. It's not an online it in person store. Good things come to those who wait. It's a buy it for life toaster, and you won't get that anywhere else.

Worth Every Penny I found Tim to be a polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. My model T-35-1 was expertly packaged, looks brand new, and works like a dream. These toasters weren't cheap when Sunbeam first started making them, and Tim's restored units aren't cheap today. However, I feel they're worth every penny and expect to get a lifetime of use out of mine.

Tim is the absolute best!! Tim is the absolute best at toaster restoration. He just finished my T-20B and it is magnificent!! Couldn't be more pleased with the job he did and the attention to detail that is put into his work. I highly recommend Tim for your toaster restoration job!! :-)
