AMAZING This was such a great surprise to receive as a Christmas gift! My toaster looks better than expected and I can tell that it was very well cared for during the restoration process. Amazing restoration of Sunbeam T-20-B Toaster! My husband reached out to Tim to purchase and restore a Sunbeam toaster reminiscent of his childhood. His brother has his parent's original Sunbeam toaster, and Hubby wanted one too. Tim bought and restored a Sunbeam T-20-B with original manufacture date of 11/8/54. This toaster is beautiful and functional! It looks brand new; you'd never know it is almost 69 years old! Tim does amazing work and kept us well informed throughout the process. When the toaster arrived, it was superbly packaged to ensure no damage occurred during the shipping process. Oh yeah, and it makes perfect toast! Thanks Tim!!

In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! It's clear he loves what he does for the sake of it. He does not take for granted his strong position in a fairly niche market; he earned and maintains it!

Worth Every Penny I found Tim to be a polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. My model T-35-1 was expertly packaged, looks brand new, and works like a dream. These toasters weren't cheap when Sunbeam first started making them, and Tim's restored units aren't cheap today. However, I feel they're worth every penny and expect to get a lifetime of use out of mine.
