Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. True craftsmanship! Tim is a delightful person and proud of his craft. In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! It's clear he loves what he does for the sake of it. He does not take for granted his strong position in a fairly niche market; he earned and maintains it!

Worth Every Penny I found Tim to be a polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. My model T-35-1 was expertly packaged, looks brand new, and works like a dream. These toasters weren't cheap when Sunbeam first started making them, and Tim's restored units aren't cheap today. However, I feel they're worth every penny and expect to get a lifetime of use out of mine.
