GBTim exceeded all expectations- WOW!!! What made my experience with Tim Wilson extraordinary? How shall I count the ways? Tim treated me like a dear friend, with unexpected kindness, respect and sincerity! He cared enough to provide detailed accounts of his progress with my late parent's Sunbeam to ensure I was fully informed- complete with photos from every conceivable angle!! I learned that Tim is very busy with his "real" (printing business) job, as the chairperson of the Board of Trustees at the church he has attended his entire life First UMC of London and that he visits the church almost daily to monitor the final stages of the masonry and stained-glass window restoration. Yet he made time for me- and was it ever worth the wait!!! Because the finished product is one gorgeous work of art that I enjoy looking at every day. Not to mention having perfect toast that alluded me (and my parents) for decades!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tim!!!!! You are an artist, craftsman and one incredible human being!!!!!

GBAmazing restoration of Sunbeam T-20-B Toaster! My husband reached out to Tim to purchase and restore a Sunbeam toaster reminiscent of his childhood. His brother has his parent's original Sunbeam toaster, and Hubby wanted one too. Tim bought and restored a Sunbeam T-20-B with original manufacture date of 11/8/54. This toaster is beautiful and functional! It looks brand new; you'd never know it is almost 69 years old! Tim does amazing work and kept us well informed throughout the process. When the toaster arrived, it was superbly packaged to ensure no damage occurred during the shipping process. Oh yeah, and it makes perfect toast! Thanks Tim!!

CATim the toaster man is amazing! He's like a Sunbeam Radiant Control Toaster whisperer. I had mistakenly self-diagnosed a faulty thermostat in my unit and shipped it to Tim for replacement. He found that the thermostat blade was in perfect shape, cleaned and adjusted the contacts (the actual problem) and sent it back to me - at no charge! He even spent time with me on the phone walking me through the final adjustment and calibration so it would toast just right. Happily toasting in Toronto.

GBIf you are on the fence If you are on the fence, thinking about whether or not to use Tim's Toasters restoration service, you should absolutely do so! Tim's services are beyond the scope of anything I have ever experienced in the realm of restorations. His experience and insight is better than anything I could have done, simply because he has seen it all. When my T20-B arrived, I was speechless to behold the gleaming jewel that now adorns my countertop. I am certain that it looks and performs better than it ever had in 1955! This is not a rapid process because Tim has actual real life events to attend as well as his side toaster gig. But, hey! Toasters are not a life and death situation (unless a bathtub is involved), so I was fine waiting in the queue. It was totally worth it!

GBTim is an amazing craftsman and a wonderful human being. Tim reecently restored my family's Sunbeam T-20B. Throughout the process, he kept me informed about whrere he was at with the restoration. This is something I truly appreciated. What I appreciate even more is Tim's kindness, his professionalism, and the sheer love he puts into repairing these amazing machines. He has a gift not just for repairing them, but for letting you know that he values you as a customer and as a human being: I'd told Tim that this Sunbeam was my father's T20B and that he'd loved it. When Tim sent the toaster back to me, he printed a special note to honor my father on the side of the box. I have made a friend whose friendship I will always cherish.
