It is amazing that a toaster can be so many different things, a work of art, a connection to the past, a treasure box of memories, and ... a toaster... of unique design and function. Tim is truly an Artisan Technician… Tim is truly an Artisan Technician operating at the top of his game. These restorations are truly the Ferrari's of the toaster world and are really works of Art. In time, these toasters he has restored will be worth thousands of dollars as true collector items, so buy them while you can, there are only so many of these old world beauties left.

Tim is an amazing craftsman and a wonderful human being. Tim reecently restored my family's Sunbeam T-20B. Throughout the process, he kept me informed about whrere he was at with the restoration. This is something I truly appreciated. What I appreciate even more is Tim's kindness, his professionalism, and the sheer love he puts into repairing these amazing machines. He has a gift not just for repairing them, but for letting you know that he values you as a customer and as a human being: I'd told Tim that this Sunbeam was my father's T20B and that he'd loved it. When Tim sent the toaster back to me, he printed a special note to honor my father on the side of the box. I have made a friend whose friendship I will always cherish.
