GBThe toaster is beautiful The toaster is beautiful. And functional. It makes my life just a bit easier, and I appreciate that. Tim communicated well during the whole process. I got before/during/after photos of my toaster. Just keep in mind that it all takes time. It's not an online it in person store. Good things come to those who wait. It's a buy it for life toaster, and you won't get that anywhere else.

CATim the toaster man is amazing! He's like a Sunbeam Radiant Control Toaster whisperer. I had mistakenly self-diagnosed a faulty thermostat in my unit and shipped it to Tim for replacement. He found that the thermostat blade was in perfect shape, cleaned and adjusted the contacts (the actual problem) and sent it back to me - at no charge! He even spent time with me on the phone walking me through the final adjustment and calibration so it would toast just right. Happily toasting in Toronto.

GBTim is truly an Artisan Technician… Tim is truly an Artisan Technician operating at the top of his game. These restorations are truly the Ferrari's of the toaster world and are really works of Art. In time, these toasters he has restored will be worth thousands of dollars as true collector items, so buy them while you can, there are only so many of these old world beauties left.

GBTim's Toasters are exceptional Attention to detail makes all the difference. If you have any interest in owning a piece of toaster history, Tim is the right man for the job. We actually own two T-20 toasters and you can tell the difference between them from across the room. Tim's is polished, clean and has a beautiful cord.

GBIf you are on the fence If you are on the fence, thinking about whether or not to use Tim's Toasters restoration service, you should absolutely do so! Tim's services are beyond the scope of anything I have ever experienced in the realm of restorations. His experience and insight is better than anything I could have done, simply because he has seen it all. When my T20-B arrived, I was speechless to behold the gleaming jewel that now adorns my countertop. I am certain that it looks and performs better than it ever had in 1955! This is not a rapid process because Tim has actual real life events to attend as well as his side toaster gig. But, hey! Toasters are not a life and death situation (unless a bathtub is involved), so I was fine waiting in the queue. It was totally worth it!
