Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. Tim exceeded all expectations- WOW!!! What made my experience with Tim Wilson extraordinary? How shall I count the ways? Tim treated me like a dear friend, with unexpected kindness, respect and sincerity! He cared enough to provide detailed accounts of his progress with my late parent's Sunbeam to ensure I was fully informed- complete with photos from every conceivable angle!! I learned that Tim is very busy with his "real" (printing business) job, as the chairperson of the Board of Trustees at the church he has attended his entire life First UMC of London and that he visits the church almost daily to monitor the final stages of the masonry and stained-glass window restoration. Yet he made time for me- and was it ever worth the wait!!! Because the finished product is one gorgeous work of art that I enjoy looking at every day. Not to mention having perfect toast that alluded me (and my parents) for decades!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tim!!!!! You are an artist, craftsman and one incredible human being!!!!!
