The toaster is beautiful The toaster is beautiful. And functional. It makes my life just a bit easier, and I appreciate that. Tim communicated well during the whole process. I got before/during/after photos of my toaster. Just keep in mind that it all takes time. It's not an online it in person store. Good things come to those who wait. It's a buy it for life toaster, and you won't get that anywhere else.

Worth Every Penny I found Tim to be a polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. My model T-35-1 was expertly packaged, looks brand new, and works like a dream. These toasters weren't cheap when Sunbeam first started making them, and Tim's restored units aren't cheap today. However, I feel they're worth every penny and expect to get a lifetime of use out of mine.

Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. I’m so glad I did because he got back with me quickly and walked me through a couple of tests that lead to a successful repair. Thank you so much for your kindness! I was really surprised by the willingness to help, and the way you treated me like a close friend. Grateful for a shining example of generosity. Superlative Experience! The work is magnificent at a reasonable price! It is amazing that a toaster can be so many different things, a work of art, a connection to the past, a treasure box of memories, and ... a toaster... of unique design and function.
