The toaster is beautiful The toaster is beautiful. And functional. It makes my life just a bit easier, and I appreciate that. Tim communicated well during the whole process. I got before/during/after photos of my toaster. Just keep in mind that it all takes time. It's not an online it in person store. Good things come to those who wait. It's a buy it for life toaster, and you won't get that anywhere else.

The care in selecting the right unit, the diligence in communication, and the final product are outstanding -- truly a level of service that seems to be absent from most interactions since these toasters were new. Tim is truly an Artisan Technician… Tim is truly an Artisan Technician operating at the top of his game. These restorations are truly the Ferrari's of the toaster world and are really works of Art. In time, these toasters he has restored will be worth thousands of dollars as true collector items, so buy them while you can, there are only so many of these old world beauties left.

Tim exceeded all expectations- WOW!!! What made my experience with Tim Wilson extraordinary? How shall I count the ways? Tim treated me like a dear friend, with unexpected kindness, respect and sincerity! He cared enough to provide detailed accounts of his progress with my late parent's Sunbeam to ensure I was fully informed- complete with photos from every conceivable angle!! I learned that Tim is very busy with his "real" (printing business) job, as the chairperson of the Board of Trustees at the church he has attended his entire life First UMC of London and that he visits the church almost daily to monitor the final stages of the masonry and stained-glass window restoration. Yet he made time for me- and was it ever worth the wait!!! Because the finished product is one gorgeous work of art that I enjoy looking at every day. Not to mention having perfect toast that alluded me (and my parents) for decades!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tim!!!!! You are an artist, craftsman and one incredible human being!!!!!

True craftsmanship! Tim is a delightful person and proud of his craft. In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! It's clear he loves what he does for the sake of it. He does not take for granted his strong position in a fairly niche market; he earned and maintains it!
