Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. Tim is an amazing craftsman and a wonderful human being. Tim reecently restored my family's Sunbeam T-20B. Throughout the process, he kept me informed about whrere he was at with the restoration. This is something I truly appreciated. What I appreciate even more is Tim's kindness, his professionalism, and the sheer love he puts into repairing these amazing machines. He has a gift not just for repairing them, but for letting you know that he values you as a customer and as a human being: I'd told Tim that this Sunbeam was my father's T20B and that he'd loved it. When Tim sent the toaster back to me, he printed a special note to honor my father on the side of the box. I have made a friend whose friendship I will always cherish.

True craftsmanship! Tim is a delightful person and proud of his craft. In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human!
