Tim the toaster man is amazing! He's like a Sunbeam Radiant Control Toaster whisperer. I had mistakenly self-diagnosed a faulty thermostat in my unit and shipped it to Tim for replacement. He found that the thermostat blade was in perfect shape, cleaned and adjusted the contacts (the actual problem) and sent it back to me - at no charge! He even spent time with me on the phone walking me through the final adjustment and calibration so it would toast just right. Happily toasting in Toronto.

Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. I’m so glad I did because he got back with me quickly and walked me through a couple of tests that lead to a successful repair. Thank you so much for your kindness! This toaster belonged to my husbands grandmother back in the 50’s and we hope our kids will enjoy it one day to. Thank you time for all your hard work.
