In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! Tim the toaster man is amazing! He's like a Sunbeam Radiant Control Toaster whisperer. I had mistakenly self-diagnosed a faulty thermostat in my unit and shipped it to Tim for replacement. He found that the thermostat blade was in perfect shape, cleaned and adjusted the contacts (the actual problem) and sent it back to me - at no charge! He even spent time with me on the phone walking me through the final adjustment and calibration so it would toast just right. Happily toasting in Toronto.
