Generosity perfectly mixed with expertise After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. We actually own two T-20 toasters and you can tell the difference between them from across the room. Tim's is polished, clean and has a beautiful cord.
