What a relief !!! Well....... my computer was hacked. That was the start of the downhill slide. My life was in turmoil, as I started to turn it around, I needed to get my computer cleaned. I called SOS Geek Tech Pro. Ross Stevens, planned out an immediate course of action, along with Nickie Houston. They scanned, cleaned and got my computer back to good health, with no more bad stuff lurking. Ross then installed some Killer software to ensure it stays in good health. Using high quality software, knowledge and dedication to helping the underdogs, at a reasonable cost. My experience was way above expectations and will be my go to people, from now on!!! They did the most thorough… They did the most thorough troubleshooting and cleaning up my computer, getting it back in tiptop shape. Courteous and professional. I highly recommend Jenoy and the rest.

Don't respond when you get an email invoice from Geek Squad saying they are deducted $500 from you account. It took way too long to get a response, however, once I did he was very responsive. Don't delude people into thinking they have a 1 minute wait time when you mean 45 minutes and still waiting. I was scammed by Geek Squad people from india. They were able to access my computer and all my accounts and overdrew all of them. When I did finally get someone he was great but I hope they use this as a service to their customers especially the 'mature' folks.
